DJI Care Refresh - awesome DJI drone "repair" insurance | how it works and "new" drone unboxing

I had an accident and broke my drone. After the crash it has wobbly arm so I decided to use my DJI Care Refresh service. I want to show to you how the replacement drone looks like and the unboxing plus linking to remote.

Thank you for this kind of service. I had 4 drones from you, starting from SPARK, mini, MAVIC 2 PRO, and now I am using MINI 3 PRO even for highly professional work and your products always were reliable and fearless using it. Same in cameras my OSMO Pocket 1st edition still works and is usable in 2024(not gonna lie, really looking for 3rd ver.) - love this brand.
