this is my favorite movie ever brought the complete collectors editons books, I love this movie these books so much, they touch me like few things have and brings tears to my eye everytime I see it, I remember one comment about this its a love story about loving yourself, I feel like if anyone is down to watch this cry then get up love yourself and live life by looking forward, I like the dub more also as the girl they use is deaf.
Worst people in the series for me: 1- shoko's dad and his parents (they blamed the mom to giving birth to a "damaged" child). 2- the teacher (he saw the bullying but did not stop it because he thought the bullied deserved it). 3- kawai (fake tears any time she's in the spot light, and never changed from the start of the series to the end). I actually like ueno the most, the character development is amazing (specially in the manga), plus, she was kinda right in some of the things she said.

Messed with me when I first watched and still messing, it's just too good and too real, the way they depicted Ishida depression is so well done, resonate to me a lot. Also, the story is real, but unfortunately, not happy at the end... When Shoko tried to off herself, Ishida managed to save her but unfortunately didn't live, and after that, Shoko managed to off herself, because of the guilt she felt...
