Finally, got to test drive the GV80 and I tried to focus on what I've missed on the previous video, as well as answering some questions you guys left in the comment.
Big shout out to "clancep" leaving a comment with questions,
you gave me insight and guide as to shooting this video :D
My apologies, I didn't have the chance to answer all questions on video, but I got the answers to all your questions!

1. Can you unlock the GV80 from just grabbing the front door handles or do you have to push the indentation on the door handles?
2. Does the drivers seat have a massage?
3. If Digital Key is available, is it for Android phones only.. if so, will there be a key card for Apple users?
4. Will the air purification system be available in the US models?

1. So both are correct. However, if you are expecting Mercedes-like responsiveness, GV80 isn't quite there yet. You'd have to place your hand clearly through the door handle, until it recognizes your hand there. It will then unlock. Also, pushing(touching) the indentation(sensor) works as well -- this seem to work a bit smoother and faster than the previous one.
2. Yes, but not a "full massage" we'd expect from German cars.
3. Android only, since they're the only ones offering NFC's. But all GV80 owners are given credit-card-sized card, which can be used as a "smart key".
4. Yes, unless the U.S. has a regulation stopping from such feature to be imported.

So cool. I drove Cadillac for 5 straight cars since I started driving. In 2016 i was in the market again for a new car (I like to lease so I can switch it up every few years) I went and looked at the Genesis cause it really caught my eye while I was driving one day. I immediately loved it. The standard features you get compared to Cadillac. I have been excited for this brand ever since because I know that they will exceed expectations. Great video, thanks 👍

FYI, you don't have to touch the indent on the door handle to unlock it. Just grab the handle. It's touch sensitive. Same as the G90
That's correct! I was trying out the touch sensor since a subscriber asked me :D Honestly, it wasn't all that responsive, but better than nothing!

Well the US be getting the lighter/ cream interior as well? On the US website the only options are black or brown for pre-orders
This is beyond my clearance lol. I simply don't know what Genesis USA will do about the color choices. I sure hope they'd make it available, because it's work of an art.

The US spec Palisade doesn’t have the LED in the tailgate. Could you tell us how third row legroom compares to the Palisade other reviewers have mentioned it’s significantly smaller than the Hyundai. Was hoping it isn’t reserved for kids only, but functional for adults as well.
I wanted to leave a comment with an answer, apologies it took some time. I went into a dealership today, and tested out all your questions myself!
1. As for Palisade's LED in the tailgate, double check, because I found out that it is an option only available on the highest trim. GV80's highest trim still does not offer LED anyway.
2. I sat in the 3rd row of both cars, and
Palisade offers much more head room, while in GV80, I had to either bend my neck or stretch my head backwards to avoid touching the roof of the car. (I'm 5'8")
Both feel like sitting in a back seat of a 2 door coupe, but Palisade provided a bit more space in all directions compared to the GV80(except for the head room).
Pushing 2nd row seats all the way back and fully tilted, Palisade offered slightly more leg room yet overall "feeling" of the seat is similar.
Palisade's 3rd row offered a USB outlet, while GV80 had an individual A/C.
The massage seat, will be for the GV90.

스포츠모드 주행은 어떤가요?ㅋ 카이엔은 오히려 큰 감동은 없었던 것 같아요. 그리고 뜬금포인데 앞그릴을 보니 세차를 공들여 해야겠다는 생각이 듭니다~ㅋㅋㅋ
1,500키로 정도 장기시승때 느껴본 바로는, 스포츠모드에선 확실히 더 민첩해지고 피드백이 즉각적이며 사운드제너레이터지만 가상음도 GV80과 매칭이 잘 되는듯한 느낌의 소리라 운전이 즐거웠습니다. 세차는...차가 너~무 커서...각오하고 해야할 것같아요ㅋㅋ

Does this car have a third row?
Yes, you can choose between a 5 seater and 7 seater :D
Since I got this figured out for another subscriber, GV80's 3rd row is almost the same as that of a Palisade, except for the head room. For GV80, you either have to bend your neck left/right or tilt it backwards to avoid hitting the roof. For the record, Palisade did not have this issue. Adults are not meant to be sit on a GV80's 3rd row for sure.

@@sagorrobin It varies from 19mpg(3.5T AWD) to 23mpg(2.5T). All gasoline models. LMK if you're curious of full modelss' details.

@@Jean-om1ok There's been Avante coupe, and Genesis coupe is long rumored to be replaced with a successor, but nothing confirmed as of now.

Я надеюсь, что этот автоматический перевод делает хорошую работу. Грустно, что Hyundai не бросил запасные шины, но есть аварийный патч-кит. Как работает служба аварийной буксировки в России?
@@CarSceneKorea Аварийная буксировка конечно присутствует, но с учётом наших расстояний не всегда можно надеяться на неё.Данный автомобиль будет актуален в столичных городах, там все эти службы работают хорошо. Ну а сабвуфер под сиденьем всегда будет в пыли, в виду климатических особенностей России. Перевод у вас прекрасный!

Я был в суровых условиях, не совсем как в России, но был на Ближнем Востоке, где ежедневно страдал от пыли. Hyundai и многие автопроизводители вносят коррективы в зависимости от стран, в которые они экспортируют, и я считаю, что Hyundai хорошо понимает окружающую среду России, надеюсь, они придумают решение.
