I’ve known for a long time that cats will get close to engines to keep warm and safe from dogs and other animals. Especially in rule areas. Raising the hood and using a light sometimes helps.
Yes I’ve had it happen to me. One day a long time ago I noticed my two cats didn’t greet me in the morning and I had a gut feeling before leaving for work. I opened the hood and found them both laying on top of the engine casually. I got into the habit of checking every day and found them under the hood multiple times. Thanks.
I’ve seen worse. I think the victim survived this one.
Thanks.
I guess you never know what you are gonna run in to when you get out of bed in the morning
Yep every day is an adventure in the automotive world.
Thanks.

Installed a new kitten under the hood. Good to go.
Thanks.
