I forgot to mention in the video that I have combination skin that leans more oily during the summer and dry/dehydrated during the colder months :)

I really love this NMF and other ordinary products I am using together, I have same skin when it’s summer i am oily and winter time is dehydrated especially on my mouth area.

8thDayBeauty; thank you for responding, yes they are affordable and to be honest ordinary products have really helped my acne and hyperpigmentation and have used them 1 month and 1 week and i can testify that they have saved my skin

Whatever u do… always apply to wet skin. It is pasty on completely dry skin and won’t absorb
Actually, I think it will somewhat get rid of acne because our skin needs moisture to fight acne, without moisture it’ll lose the battle to the bacteria and they’ll cause more acne. Think of it as running a mile. If you’re dehydrated, you’re not going to run as much since you don’t have the energy to run. If you’re hydrated, you’re going to have a lot of energy and finish your mile much quicker
Using a moisturizer will strengthen the skin barrier by keeping it hydrated, acting as a protective barrier etc. and overall this will reduce skin problems. You're right, our skin needs moisture to fight acne. Wounds also heal better in a moist environment so popped pimples will heal faster when a moisturizer is consistently applied. But if someone with acne were to ask me if this would "get rid" of their acne, an actual skin condition where the skin is chronically inflamed, I would still say no because while it may help, specific active ingredients that arent in this moisturizer are needed to target, treat and fight acne.
@@8thDayBeauty I agree, but just don't pop pimples! Let them go away on their own then use a niacinamide serum to get rid of any dark spots left over x

Do not use this moisturizer when there is less humidity in the air.. HA absorbs water from surroundings to hydrate.. if there is less water droplets in the air, it will absorb water from your skin... That is why u feel dry when u use this. Solutions? Turn on the humidifier or diffuser at home if u have one.. works well .😘

Yeah, I've also used it for a year 😊 was thinking of buying it again but I usually like to interchange my product (brands or even just a different product from the same brand) so to buy it again after using it for a whole year is a big move for me so I really appreciated this video 😊

What skin type are u?
Now i know why. It bcoz i apply it directly on dry skin. From what i read, we need to apply any product to help moisture our skin bfore apply moisturizer. I use hydrating toner Gokujyun from hada labo . Now it works. I dont feel super dry like bfore. ❤️ #justsharing

you should apply it on damped skin rub it in and wait for it to dry. it doesn’t have a cooling sensation if you do it properly.

This moisturizer makes my skin super irritated, itchy and dry. It even makes my skin flaky.
Me too! I thought i was the only one experiencing this. After few hrs my face is itchy and dry especially around my lips. Have you switched to a different one that works for you? I’m tryin out laneige next.

Yes you can :) Look for moisturizers with a combination of ceramides, fatty acids, and hydrating ingredients, these will help strengthen your skin barrier. A few other moisturizers I like that work well with tretinoin are: CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, La Roche-Posay Cicabaume B5, La Roche-Posay Toleraine Double Repair Face Moisturizer and Avene Eau Thermale Skin Recovery Cream.

How long does it take for it to run out? Can you just use few of it and spread?
A pea is enough for me. If you feel it not enough then you can take a little bit more. I think 100 ml can use almost 1 year.
Can I use the ordinary haloronic acid 2serum and this moisturizer use together in evening I m31years old and I have normal skin
Yes you can :) You can also try rosehip oil from The Ordinary, it has anti aging properties and I know lot of people who swear that it keeps their skin looking young and healthy.
