I love the very raw and unfiltered chat at the end. I definetely share the same struggles with creating consistency with posting on UA-cam - I did outsource editing, it wasn't easy at the start, but once I found talente and realiable editors, it has made the process such a bliss. Also, I totally agree that creative work can feel lonely, but at the same time having time by myself helps me figure out my own thoughts and put them together as videos.
