Hi Cam I am from South Africa. I recently discovered your channel and oh my! You really have helped me this week. I had such a bad week last week and felt so down. Yesterday I binge watched your videos. I have moved to Cape Town. One of the big cities here in South Africa and I have been so fearful of going anywhere for a WHOLE YEAR ! I only go to work and home. That's my routine every week. After your videos I got up and tried to go somewhere but I ended up getting cold feet and returning home. Today I actually went. I found a beautiful garden. Laid down my blanket, had a good book, snacks and good music. There were so many animals around me even cute squirrels😊 it felt like a dream❤ Girl, YOU DID THAT ❤ I just want to say thank you. I am so proud of myself today. I had a good day❤❤❤

You emphasize in all your videos(I feel) the importance of taping into your true self and being comfortable giving it to the world- which is really hard!- society is constantly telling us who we need to be. I love this and I love just watching your videos when the time feels right and I end up just resonating on a deeper level than if I just watched it because it came out. I'm currently having a similar week and video journaling it even though I haven't felt like doing so all year. And this week has been so intentional and I've been coming to terms with working in a general flow state that feels good, not overwhelming. The to do list will always be infinite so I am choosing not to run that infinite race like a sprint but take it slow and intentionally. Long story short, thank you for this. I'm grateful for your videos bc they're often my own practise in 'spaciousness' bc of how gentle they are.

The weirdest thing happened. Randomly while watching you I started thinking about how I'd love to host you in Peru (where we live) and then you started speaking Spanish as I looked away to wash dishes. That's crazy. We are a South African Peruvian family and I'm learning Spanish. I might just look into the course...thanks girl ❤️❤️❤️
you make me wish i was 30years younger, i didn't have a clue about anything when i was in my 20's, honestly, i had a full time career and chased boys, believing that was "goals" even though it brought me nothing but misery, poverty, and low self esteem :( i was book smart but not "woke" as they say now, i was a groupthinker sadly, wahhhh my wasted youth :( trying to make up for it now though :) xxx
