Well how did that happen in 1939 when less than 2.2 Billion humans lived on earth? Because Hurricanes and tropical storms are part of earths natural weather.
1886 was a year that had the most cat 1 or greater hurricanes. 7 hurricanes. That record still stands today. How? The earth only had a population of around 2 billion humans. Hurricanes are a fact of nature in the northern hemisphere and the uniqueness of the Gulf of Mexico creating the Gulf Stream. Not Man Made in the Least.
