The O'Keefe Foundation has a lot of videos on UA-cam of really awesome kids playing covers. The lead singer in this one did a cover of "Sober" a few years after this video was shot, and you can tell that her voice matured and got even better. That vocalist was featured in several different videos, including an Aretha Franklin cover. From what I've heard, the drummer was the one that wanted to cover "46 and 2" and talked all the other members into it.
Clave’s .. the kid. I think that’s wha they are called. Two lacquered sticks (Hardwood/ tonal). A complex melody/ song structure. Would B hard to remember it when playing/ performing it. Kids are 🤘🕊❤️🕊 😧
These kids are amazing! One of the hardest bands to cover and they crushed it!!! You should check out OMF covers: No More Tears / Ozzy - End of Heartache / Killswitch Engage You Could be Mine / GnR Sober / Tool Number of the Beast / Iron Maiden Raining Blood / Slayer (not the roller skate version) Psychosocial / SlipKnot Chain of Fools / Aretha Franklin Some of my favs… hope you go down OMF rabbit hole. You won’t be disappointed!
In watching these videos. You’ll see the kids in different videos. Like the kid playing the sticks in 46&2 is the drummer in No More Tears, etc… and watching them grow. I also forgot to add to your list of suggestions: Pull Me Under / Dream Theater cover 🤘
Gives me goosebumps every time!
Amazing preformence on this cover ,I love that song and they did it the cutest way possible...
Them covering Iron Maiden's "Number of the beast" is incredible as well.
These kids are the future of rock and roll music
