Another EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT VIDEO! I've gotta start reloading. Because of your videos I converted my Springfield 1911 45 to 45 Super. It already has a 28lb mainspring so I put a Wilson Combat extra power firing pin spring and a 20lb recoil spring in. I had a 181/2lb recoil spring in it for 400 Corbon ammunition. I just had to swap the barrel. I got some 45 Super on order from Buffalo Bore and I'm going to get some from Double Tap. But they call it 450 SMC, ( SHORT MAGNUM CARTRIDGE. ) I'm hoping I'll be able to shoot the regular 45acp 230g standard pressure, 45acp 230g +P and the Super out of the gun with the 20lb spring. The 181/2lb works great for 45acp and the +P 45 and 400 Corbon. God Bless..
