My grandma has had the white shoulders powder in her bathroom since I was a small child. I am grown now and she gifted me my own powder after asking about hers. I love having this bath powder in my beauty routine, thanks for teaching me how to use it!
I've been wanting to try a dusting powder, but have you had any trouble with powder residue on your clothing? I imagine you don't put on too much, though. Yes, some powders can be quite drying. I've heard arrowroot powder can be gentler than talc or cornstarch, so I want to try making my own dusting powder with it. It's very simple and inexpensive: you spray any fragrance you like on a couple off cotton balls or a cotton pad, place it inside a container of powder, shake well, wait a few days, and done--fragrance-infused powder with no additives! Laura Jane Atelier's UA-cam channel has a video of the process if you want to see it done. Of course, you won't have the pretty shimmer of the White Shoulders powder, but I imagine you can add something safe and natural like a mica powder to get a similar effect if desired. Thanks for reviewing these products!
They sell yardley powder at my local pharmacy ! And one by felice azzurra ! I would love to try the white shoulders one ! Do you remember the name of the website you got it from ?? I’ve tried the felice alzzurra and it comes in both types of packaging which is interesting. I wonder if for the white shoulders you can transfer the powder into a glass container so that when you take off the lid it won’t get everywhere ?
Ahh now I know what it is sometimes the language barrier lets me think that it's something different 😄. I often use baby powder in summer because I never had parfumed powder.
My granny always had powder and a big powder puff in her bathroom. It's now a must-have for me too. I love how clean and cosy they smell.

White shoulders perfume long is now on my list to get
It's such a delightful scent. I think I may ask for a bottle for Christmas
I don't usually use powder, but it's been SOOO HOT since the vernal equinox, so I'm trying to decide on a good body powder to wear

Can powder bottoms with it?
You can power whatever you want with dusting powder. I use more in summer on my "chafing" areas. Works like a charm
