North of jefferson is the neighborhood "Del Rey"
"Culver City" West of the 405 is only a tiny sliver on down Washington. Your map labeled Culver & Marina Del Rey is actually Mar Vista just fyi. Marina Del Rey is a very tiny incorporated area it does not extend that far east.
