Downstairs “primary bedroom” has no door? Pasadena is dope and definitely on the pricier side but man for an apartment looking type, $1.2M can go a longer way somewhere else.

I used to live near Overhill and northridge on Onacrest Dr. right up the street from cvs and down the street from Ray Charles in Windsor hills! I went to Windsor hills elementary! Ohhh snap! I didn’t know they had a “Harold’s Chicken” at Fox Hills Mall that’s a Chicago Franchise where I currently live.

All these areas you need at least 6 figures to live comfortably. If you have a family, Pasadena, to me is the best, eventhough the public schools suck there. The Con is that accesibility to alot of these neighborhoods has open to many people now.
