I LOVE Ladera.. One thing you missed is "Baby Hann Park" aka Kenneth Hann soccer field, It's part of Kenneth Hann but its on Fairfax behind Home Depot. It's where a LOT of the kids go for starter (pre-k and elementary mostly) sports leagues. All weekend there are sports and full of families. During the week a LOT of people walk there as its much easier than anything at BIg Hann.
