Honestly, I find 1.4.4 smaller than this despite the fact it had an entirely new liquid.

I feel like rather than just a jump straight to 100% the bestiary, there should be achievements for 10% 25% 50% and then 100% like the fishing quests

I wonder if I'd get the achievement on my world, I already have 100% bestiary after much effort and I do NOT want to do it again.

A Rat Transformation needs a Ratatouille reference pronto, either better food buffs or it can attach to the heads of other players/enemies
This has very little chance of coming true, but I actually hoped there would be a Jerma reference. Like, since its supposed to make you small, have the description say "This one cant make the rules." or smt

Nowadays, he kinda has the status of "Your favorite streamers favorite streamer." as a lot of streamers said they love Jerma. I watched him a ton in my teen years and hes a major reason why I can speak english pretty well now.
Anyway, long time ago (8 years... man its making me feel old) he made a silly video called The Rat Movie where rats played a big part and it became one of the most iconic things hes done, mainly the opening rat song. I recommend watching it. Its dumb and hilarious

The idea of npcs being aware of blocking chests sounds like a really funny idea, maybe depending on the happiness values they could block the chests more. And move out of the way if you click on them multiple times

A suggestion I would also make is, making it possible to hang Chandeliers and Lanterns from chains, ropes, vines, etc... Also maybe even make it so the Disco Ball can also hang from all those things.
So, hear me out:
Event similar to the pirate invasion: The silly carnival, I see the fairies don't have much presence outside the hallowed, and it might be fun to see a new event themed around them
- The summoning item could be a pearl collar that's actually a cradle of fairy eggs, they could drop on space to contrast the pirate map dropping on the beach
- the enemies could drop a platinum furniture set to contrast the gold set of the pirates
- Some enemies could be an elf bard to contrast the pirate captain (after dying he could spawn a "swan-song" to contrast the pirate ghost), a gnome operating a cannon of glass, a whirlwind of pixies, a crowd of masquerade guests, servants to match the guests that throw stuff at you, and spirits in costumes throwing flower petals, candy, and dancing around with banners.
- the faeries could drop fairy food like jeweled bread, pom salad, sapient sandwiches (a little adventure time reference) and a drink called "well-water" as special food items that give you the "enchanted" effect, giving you a weird but strong buff but also making you unable to eat normal food for the duration of the effect out of disgust
- mini-boss: The silly caravan, a floating stage with a musical band from where fairies spawn, with a throne for the EoL in the middle, she could appear sat wrapped in her own wings as a cloack, and if you beat her in the daytime the throne could appear empty thereafter, the allusion being that they now want you to rule instead.
- special message for npc's being killed by the fae: "X has been spirited away"
- Once you defeat the silly carnival an elf bard will move in
Also, maybe move the rainbow cursor into the light-pet category, it'd be kinda cool to be able to illuminate whenever you point at, maybe make it work as a flashlight.
Add courtains or a courtain wall block, I can see it having a couple of uses.
Maybe also a way to put doors along walls that doesn't require an actuator and echo paint
Maybe a way to stack two layers of walls on the background, I can see that opening a *LOT* of building posibilities.

The funny part is Chippy has actually been playing with the Devs on the new update, so he has to resist spoiling too much. 😂
I still wish there was an armor set in hard mode, that mirrors the Meteor Set... Specifically "ray gun costs no mana". Martian Plating would be roughly the same tech level (in HM progress) that Meteor Armor is (in PH progress), so maybe that could work. And if No mana is to OP on hardmode guns, than even "cost half mana" would get it some love.
Maybe also do a quick pass over which weapons count as space guns to see if there's a few we could add in (rainbow gun comes to mind, as does that glove-weapon with the long charge up, and big blast. (sorry brain's blanking on the name)
I've mentioned it a few times in a few places, but I always miss the show, and Red isn't paying any attention anymore when I get to it. lol

Yeah half mana cost would be good since a higher defense and damage set bonus would be pretty OP since the meteor armor already makes the zapinators cost 0 mana. Messed around with the Gray Zapinator plus Meteor Armor and I can't imagine how OP a stronger armor plus Orange Zapinator

Considering how they're effectively adding the old dwarf challenge as a secret seed, I'd absolutely love if they made something like the merman challenge too... the one where you use a fishbowl and a neptune's shell to only drown when out of water. It seems like it could be fun, especially with a bit more water around!

i think you should be able to shimmer a hemopiranha to an ebonkoi and vise versa so you can get both wrath and rage potions in one world
You can already create an artificial evil biome, though. Buy the seeds for the biome you're lacking from the Dryad, when spoken to in a graveyard.

This isn't an idea but more of me wondering about something. Why don't Torch God torches change to coral torches while in the Ocean biomes? They contribute to torch luck. And why do the demon torches not give torch luck, yet Torch God still makes you place them?
coral torches are special as they work underwater
For the Rat transformation and hats. I think the hats should just cover the rat and look like it's crawling on the ground on its own.

Maybe those playable Pianos might be in the game one day, I hope.
Playable pianos would probably need an entire new UI, as opposed to other new instruments, but they still should add them! Looking at Core Keeper's instrument system for inspiration would be a good call too.
Respawn time in multiplayer is 30 seconds when a boss is alive, and that never changes no matter how many players there are. I would assume the request would be applied to the normal 15 second respawn time so you don't have to wait so long for just normal deaths, or after every players has died to a boss, similar to how calamity changes respawn times.
Yeah, there is some balancing there that shouldn't be messed with lightly. I wouldn't mind changing it slightly, but I do hope Relogic are careful when doing so.
5:10 did anyone else notice that is was console and mobile in the same world, so cross platform is also coming to 1.4.5

About the vampire seed... In my first 1.3 playthrough with my friend, we chose the seed 666 because of the funny number, on PlayStation. As it turns out, that seed just so happened to have the Jungle take over 70% of the surface, including spawn. We never went above ground until the pillars.
The right cobweb in the inventory at 8:31 has some particles around it. I wonder what it is.
What about fixing this issue where a certain NPC is hiding behind another NPC when you wanted to speak to one? Hate having to deal where the NPC doesn't move back to their marked room.

10:32 yeah they shoot poison projectiles at enemies and they're stationary, so i think we're getting another sentry. They can also hang on the baloons if you summon them in open spaces
You definitely want the fallen star set. That's going to be SO much more versatile than watermelon.
But we already have Skyware furniture
@@dalehayden3830 And we already have cactus furniture. The basic colours are both already served, but Skyware lacks much of a "star" motif. And I think that's much more needed than having stuff that is both green AND red, when you could just use, for example, cactus blocks for the solid walls and then something red for the background walls, to make a watermelon room.

A fallen star tile set would be absolutely amazing, I always end up having hundreds of stars left over by the end of the game and having a new use for them would be great!
What I think would be cool is a furniture set made with the aetherium blocks,or maybe the different luminite blocks 😄
Also, Chippy, it seems like the console and mobile spoiler are featuring Crossplay. You can see that two console players and two mobile players are playing together.
Finally having crossplay for mobile and console would be super fun! I'd love to be able to bring my switch around and play Terraria with friends locally or play on my PC if they bring theirs.

I really would like in single players worlds a respawn button. There's no reason to make people wait in single player.
instant respawn in single player would still allow players to cheese bosses if fought at near their spawnpoint
@@aidensnyder2420 I've never had a boss take 10 seconds to despawn. I remember playing multiplayer and if one of us died we would just stall until the other respawned and prevented the boss from despawning. That or they could change the despawn routine to make it so they despawn instantly. It isn't like they don't have that kind of functionality. Or give you a cool down fade in for respawning if your spawn is located where you are fighting a boss (except for Deerclops, I guess, since it despawns after 24 hours, I think)

That I know crossplay between phones and consoles does not yet exist, but in the screenshots of the dinosaurs it seems that it has something similar to crossplay (5:00). The top two screenshots are console gameplay, while the bottom two are mobile (the bottom left is not with the touch controll because a controller is plugged into the phone)
For the achievements, i think doing something with hoiking itd be neat

Imagine if they will also add a new achievement regarding the boss rush thing like 'Godslayer:kill all bosses simultaneously' or something. Or like they would add a secret boss in the final rush to make it interesting.
A suggestion I have is able to get Hellstone from the hell crates! Isn't it a bit weird you don't get any from them? With the addition of hellstone to the crate loot table, hellstone would be a renewable resource and you'd be able to get access to hellstone gear in skyblock-like maps! Another small suggestion I'd love is the Phoenix Blaster dealing the "on fire!" debuff for a few seconds after shooting an enemy!

The wyvern coming in to try and stop you from finishing Prime really sums up Terraria.
I would love to get the chance to play with and just chat with the re-logic dev team, they just seem so awesome and chill, and the exact kind of people that are perfect for playing with. They really have made something worth celebrating

For 6:51 Maybe some achievements for completing terraria on separate difficulties (including legendary mode) and some achievements for secret seeds, could be something simple like going out of orbit in the don't dig up seed or dying in the dark in the constant seed.

The best thing would be a passport item that you could have the guide stamp for you which lists the names of worlds you've been in and their gamestate (hard mode, post moon lord, etc) and could be viewed from Character Select.

Revival stone to instant revive can be use in hardcore with friend to decrease time of revival
id like a world seed for a always clean world. where you have to put the corruption into the world yourself. for master builders who don't wanna deal with corruption. make it journey mode worlds only or some seed. let me know if that's already available (without mods I play on ps5 and switch) and I just don't know it exists... there's so much about this brilliant game I'm still discovering after around 2500 hours (like you can put torches on trees.)
