For everyone asking why the woman was mad and talked to him like that it was because his time and speed requires a roll cage for safety, and she clearly stated that she was the EMT for the track so god forbid if he wrecked or flipped, she would be the one to save his life because he didn't have the proper safety requirements. Not to mention he is wearing a stock seatbelt...
He's the driver, he's the one taking that risk. Why should the track have to remind a grown man that the activity they're about to perform is dangerous? With enough red tape at the drag tracks, you don't think people are just going to take their chances on a deserted road instead?

To bad subaru's don't last. I was tuned by Jr. My engine lasted 3800 miles.. didn't help I beat the crap out of it but for the amount of money I spent.. very dissapointed

The main purpose of a blow off valve is to quiet the "stutututu" sound. If you would like that sound, all you simply need to do is remove your blow off valve :)

@Sarah Nelfiy what do you mean by the black smoke comment? white-ish blue smoke means the motor is eating oil and likely popped at the very least the head gasket. If not threw a rod because it's a built subaru motor, they don't last long.

Number one, I respect your decision to enter that type of career, but no one forced you to do so. Attending to injured people is a big part of the task at hand. If that bothers you so much as to become angry with someone testing their car at a private track, you may need to find a different line of work.
Two. You don't think people take their cars on the streets to have fun? Setting these speed limits on cars at the track only encourages more street racing. The red tape is preventing you from accomplishing what the main point of race tracks were: To keep racing off of the streets.
It should be a given. I'm the one lining up, and if I don't make it home, it's no one else's responsibility but MY OWN.

Very ignorant with this comment. If he wrecks at that speed he's dead. The track would still have liability, a mess to clean up, bad press and possibly lose NHRA certification for allowing him to run. Probably can get away with it at some backwoods tracks, but not a big name track like Atco.
