There is probably 30k spent on everything located between the wheel hub and the flywheel alone. The engine is likely 40-50k. Tuning and wrench time on top of that is probably 100k build cost, but the endeavor of evolving to this point was likely a lot more on top of that. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner isn't in 200k on this car between current setup, previous work, and the cost of the car. Most people don't think of the cost outside of the engine when making serious power. Power isn't cheap getting it to the ground reliably even more so.
