I like the interaction with the estate agent speaking about the locality and then your tour. Commentary and presentation is excellent. Possible improvements; camera to pan to features you are commenting on, ceilings and floors especially, give a what3word location, good to give information such as internet/phone signal, electricity, water and municipal services, what local local property taxes apply.
Possibly the nicest,older, NOT screwed up houses I've seen on Portugal houses for sale vids. on UA-cam. Appears to be a nice area, Good price. Decent floor plan too. And, a good professional like showing.👍

I should have used floorplan instead of "house" in the statement. This house had a floorplan (imo) that could work without tearing out the interior of a remodel.@@LCamp-cr7fs
I do appreciate the way you describe the properties: a complete description, not overrating the state of the property. Of course it's the owner who decides the price but consider also that you would loose credibility when describing a property which price is exagerated and using the word "lovely" for every aspect of it. I just bought a property in the region but I am still looking for something bigger in the future when finally settled in Portugal. Please keep the good job, I will follow all your videos! Cody, please invest in a good torch for those typical dark portuguese basements 🙂
I think it would be kind you to mention all the pros and cons of a farm house in central Portugal and the government regulations. Honestly is the way to go!
Since I'm not a realtor and not too familiar with regulations besides what we deal with in our home, I'm not sure I'm the best person to do that. But I have been told that doing renovations and changes to houses are much easier to accomplish in rural areas than it is in larger cities like Lisbon and Porto. Otherwise, I'm afraid that is not where my expertise is, but I will do more research so I can include these things.

We just got a new camera that will hopefully do better in low light. The iPhone is good but this should work better.

A little. We learned a bit before we moved and now live in a village where very few speak English. We get by OK. Getting better every day.
