I love the SECOND PROPERTY WITH THE CREEK VIEW.
1_ I will make balcony both on the front/ entrance to the property and on the garden/ creek side,
2_ open a French/ floor to ceiling to the garden from the first room/ living room ( first floor),
3_make the back room to kitchen , on first floor,
4_ make patio under pergola,
5_converthe oven bread and storage to a powder room ( with two entrance , one from inside and one to the garden),
6_ I would divide bedroom on second floor , the bigger room as bedroom with the view of garden and creek, and the smaller room as bathroom with the view of street,
7_ I would make a wood fireplace to living and bedroom also❤❤❤

Little house too. Since the 2nd floor ceiling is low, I would consider removing the floor and do a one story possibly with a loft .
The ruin I would keep the animals and in-laws together. 😂🤣

I would be more interested in the ruined.
I actually liked the ruin the best, too. It had a nice garden and a lot of space on the house. I like the stone elements and little bits still left in there that could be reused in a renovation.
