    Knee Joint is the only joint in which there is meniscus present in between the joint helps to stable the joint as knee joint is a weight bearing joint so when we do any activities like walking, running ,sitting , standing the weight of our body lies on our knee so the meniscus works as a shock absorber and make any movement of knee easy and smooth so when we do sports activities like running jumping and any other due to which there is unwanted stress on knee and cause meniscus injury and tear which is very painful and due to which there is swelling over the knee, limping gate and knee ROM decreases with painful range.
    So Today I have come along with its rehab Exercises which will help to alleviate and heal the condition.
    Exercises :-
    1.Calf Stretch
    2.Knee ROM
    3.Quadriceps Isometric
    4.Seated SLR
    5. Hamstrings Curl Isometric
    6. Seated Tibial Rotation
