1) Low grade ACL sprain with intact fiber.

My father is 54 yrs old. The MRI report says
1. Hyperintensity with discontinuity of few fibres in ACL---- Grade 2 Injury.
2. Atrophy with degeneration of Posterior Horn of Medial Meniscus.
He's been under treatment in cmc vellore the doctor has given a medication of 6 months and said us to come after the completion of the medicines.
After the medicines taken he is better than before but still can't run, when up or down stairs it hurts in the knee portion. What should I do sir?🙏🏻😔

@@joslydaniel6419 If you can perform day to day activities and move your knees without any problem, then avoid surgery. It's not always successful. Give your body some time to heal. Heating pad, light exercise, collagen, turmeric tea and above all, faith helps.

Hello Dr. My wife has acl surgery at medanta, after the surgery dr said acl is drafted but meniscus could not be repaired completely. Now after the surgery knee got locked 4-5 times but no swelling & acl remain drafted. Now unfortunately her right knee also got acl damage. & my new dr says he can repair left knee meniscus repair as well which will stop locking of knee. Is it possible one surgeon at hospital like medanta could not repair it but other surgeon at fortis is able to meniscus repair. Should we go for it? Along with right knee acl surgery

Hello sir, I am 22 year old now, when I was at 14 year first in left knee and after 1 year both knee have pain and sound like "khat khut" during folding legs but more pain in left knee in MRI report L- "grade 2 tear in posterior horn of medial miniscus with mild joint effusion.
R- the lateral miniscus is descoid with degeneration of the anterior horn extending up to the root but with out and obvious tear.

Good afternoon sir. I am 19 years old. Actually I want to consult with you about my knee. I m suffering from a disease since 2018 which is in my knee. The problem is that my knee get swelling, stiffness and a pop or crack sound occur in it and it is very hard to me to bend it . Whenever I sit for a long time my knee get tired or pain starts.I have taken a lot of medications for cure but it is not get well till now. Some doctors have also exerted the fluid from my knee 3 times.All the reports related to my knee regards blood, Anti -CCP EVEN THE MRI proved normal .So sir it is not diagnosed by any doctor till now.
