Hello Subah, I appreciate your work a lot. Keep it up. I had issue with irregular periods and heavy prolonged periods. I actually avoid doctors but through acupressure I could figure out my issue exactly. I had heavy prolonged periods for straight three months now. I could not follow the exact timing for the meal but continued having the basic salad. I had only three to four vegetables in my salad but that helped a lot. My heavy prolonged periods got controlled and stopped within just a week. I am continuing having my salads.

    • @SatvicMovement
      @SatvicMovement  4 роки тому +3

      Hi Mohan,
If a person is perfectly healthy and the body is free from all toxicity and waste matter, then there would be no muscle cramps in the body. In order to achieve that state- please follow the instructions in our UA-cam videos- 16 hours fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, diet plan, and some exercise.
We are attaching a link below. You will find 10 steps along with the diet plan. Read it carefully. Start following the 10 steps from tomorrow itself. Take a print of the diet plan and stick on your fridge. If you follow just these 10 steps religiously, you will see a huge improvement in your health within 3-4 months.
      drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cX1btPCj_2UoKOdCPfdzDeQRDrXjgSHl
Do not worry, the need of Vitamin D can be easily fulfilled by doing Sunbathing everyday or whenever possible. Sunbathing is basically exposing the maximum of your skin to sunlight. When the light hits your skin, your skin makes Vitamin D.
Sun is the original and ultimate source of energy. You cannot put Vitamin D in a pill and have it, because your body is not designed to take this energy in the form of a pill, but in the form of sunlight.
Click this link to know how to Sunbathe - ua-cam.com/video/Ilh91OMG7Qk/v-deo.html

We should actually add lemon juice and oil while Intaking raw vegetables so that the bioavailability of vitamins will be increased in our body. Because these vegetables are rich in dietary fibre so thery are not digested properly in our body. But yes as we can see that the oils that is fats are available through variety of nuts so it's a better alternative than using oil directly.

    • @SatvicMovement
      @SatvicMovement  4 роки тому

      Hi Bhagyashri,
Children can also follow the complete Satvic lifestyle that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan, and some regular exercise.
There are a few points that we have to keep in mind while suggesting children to follow the lifestyle.
First, for kids under the age of 5, use a rubber catheter in the enema instead of the regular tube. A rubber catheter is much smaller and the water flows with less pressure which is ideal for kids.
Second, If a child is below 16 years of age and is completely healthy (not suffering from any health problem), then he does not need to fast every day. A 12-hour gap between his dinner and breakfast is enough.
However, if a child is suffering from a chronic disease, it will be beneficial for him/her to fast for 14 hours every night.
We are attaching a link below. You will find 10 steps along with the diet plan. Read it carefully. Follow the blue diet plan for children below the age of 16 years.

So that while cooking food in these bartans many minerals automatically comes to food.

For office goers I would suggest you take your fruit that is your breakfast with you to have at office. Have smoothies on weekends. For lunch take with you the salad. You can put the salad dressing into a smaller box and mix it with your salad just before eating. To munch on snack between lunch and dinner carry with you coconut slices. On weekends you can have green juice, coconut water. For dinner you can prepare the sabzi with satvik chapattis or rice. Have your dinner by 7 pm.

      Hi Pankhuri,
For healthy skin & hair, we recommend you follow the satvic lifestyle religiously that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan and some regular exercise.
Do not use any soap, creams, lotions, serums, or medication. They are loaded with harmful chemicals that penetrate deep into your skin and spread across your bloodstream, causing damage to the organs in your body. Use natural alternatives - we have curated a recipe to make a natural face and body cleanser. Click on this link for the recipe - bit.ly/2UxHakX
Wear natural fiber clothing - cotton, wool, etc. Avoid polyester, nylon since they irritate the skin.
Follow this hair care routine at least 2 times a week -
      a) Massage your scalp with any Pure Herbal oil for 10 minutes.
      b) Wash your hair with water.
      c) Rub some Gram flour on your scalp to clean out the oil.
      d) Wash your hair with water again.
      e) Pat dry the hair with a clean dry towel.
      f) Comb the hair with a wooden comb touching the scalp.
Take cold water baths. The water should be as cold as bearable. In the present time, rarely anyone baths with cold water because people seek comfort with warm water baths using water heaters. But it must be understood that the body, especially the head must never
      be bathed with warm water.
Do not use any shampoos, conditioners, serums or medicines. Healthy hair needs neither shampoo nor soap. We have been conditioned to think by brands that we need to use shampoos to maintain hair health. But think about it, did people 500 years ago use shampoo? Then how come it became a necessity? Many shampoos contain harmful chemicals that heavily irritate the scalp and deeply penetrate the skin and enter the bloodstream, cause damage to the organs in the body.

Sure, fruits & vegetables do have chemicals in them. However, in today's day and age, everything is contaminated. Neither our fruits are pure, neither our grains are pure. Neither air is pure, neither water is pure. We cannot abandon & leave this modern world. Our intelligence depends on how well we live with the resources that are already available to us.
So, the presence chemicals and pesticides is not something that is in our hands. We cannot control it. However, what we can do is ensure that we regularly detoxify our body through 16 hour fasting, regular enemas, wet packs, sunbathing & excercise. This way, even if the chemicals enter our bodies, they will be flushed out & not accumulate inside.
Secondly, the fear of chemicals & pesticides should not keep us from eating the best, most nutritious food on the planet - fruits & vegetables. Even though they are contaminated, they still contain living energy that helps to cure our diseases.
Below are a few things you can do to reduce the incidence of chemicals -
      1. After you buy your fruits and vegetables, soak them in plain lukewarm water for about 30 minutes.
      2. Eat more sprouts. You know sprouts are organic because you are the grower. Just make sure you buy organic seeds, which are easy to find online. You can grow sprouts of alfalfa, clover, beetroot, fenugreek, radish, or others which grow in your climate. You can replace your meals with a fully home-grown sprout salad.
      3. Keep looking for vendors selling organic fruits and vegetables in your area. Check online for websites which can deliver organic produce straight to your doorstep.
However, if you do not get access to or you cannot afford organic produe, do not worry. You will still be able to heal. Thousands of people who have cured themselves by following the Satvic lifestyle have not neccessarily eaten organic produce. They consumed whatever fruits & vegetables they got from local markets. Yet, they are still able to cure themselves.
