It is a legitimate Glock case and blackstraps the BT on the two backstraps stands for beaver tail, to prevent Glock bite for those not familiar with the the slides on the real ones, if you have your hand to high up on the grip, when it cycles the slide can “bite” the skin between the thumb and trigger finger. Just an FYI. With ammo being high this is a great alternative for similar realistic training and well as having the ability to have force on force training that’s obviously not an option with a 9mm G17. Great videos 👍🏻👍🏻
Hi there, thanks for commenting. This is really useful information. I had heard of Glock bite but I'm not familiar with the real steel Glock (or any real pistol). Thanks for confirming the details for the case and backstraps 😎👍
Hi, the first edition was the limited edition that came in an original Glock case with the back straps. The second edition was the pistol only in a standard Umarex case. They have released a tan version, but I don't know if they changed the slide. Thanks for watching 👍😎
@@TacticalMagfedHi, can i also change backstraps on newer version? I have official glock backstraps home and they fit but i cannot put out the pin. I tried to put it hard as hard as i can but it just wont go out.
Can we drop the mags of this version down at concrete or will the mag crack like the t4e ppq did?? Or have they fixed this issue so the mags are more robust and one can do quick tactical reloads and not worry one come back picking up cracked mags when the game is over? Thanks! 😀
Hi there, the construction of the mags is the same as all the T4E\Umarex mags. They have an aluminium upper with a steel body. I would definitely say they should not be dropped! I don't even put my T4E mags in a dump pouch in case they knock together and crack lol. Unfortunately tactical reloads on anything other than soft grass is not an option. Hope that helps 😎👍
@@TacticalMagfed thanks! It helps… I will Not get this gun… they just listed it here in Sweden for over 450 dollars! .. is insane.. you can buy a real glock for that money… and the mags are also expensive…. Can you suggest me what guns I should look into if I want a gun as a training at home gun to mimic the way a gun feel, performs for Dynamic Shooting sports and IDPA!? Are there some other options than this glock that might be better and worth the price?! I seen the CZ shadow 2 (I shot the real Shadow 2 firearm at my gun-club and is cool and got a great feel) but I am not so sure about plastic bbs for accuracy during a windy Winter as we have here now if one will practice outside… But I like the Feel of the CZ Shadow 2, just wished it was a paintball marker instead! 😅😎 Btw, why is this Glock so expensive compared to the other T4E markers Umarex makes? I do not like plastic guns or polymer guns much… I prefer real steel guns… are there any good 1911 or Beretta M92 out there as paintball markers? Thanks for getting back!
No problem buddy, the Glock is the most expensive T4E\Umarex paintball pistol for a few reasons. Mostly due to it having a cnc'd slide and being handmade in Germany. I think this slows production and increases costs. I Imagine that the official licencing from Glock in't cheap either. I've been looking into Practical Shooting here in the UK. Pistol shooting and ownership is illegal, so competitive pistol shooters train and compete in practical shooting competitions to maintain their skills for international events. Essentially they use different classifications of Airsoft pistols and plastic bb's. If you are training with real pistols and are looking to train at home it might make sense to go with a high-quality Airsoft or steel BB CO2 pistol. There are some really good CZ Shadow 2 replicas in both that should make you smile when target shooting at home. These versions are usually field stripable and have realistic slides and trigger action. I don't have much experience with these types of pistols but it is something I have been looking into recently. Unfortunately, the T4E\Umarex pistols are the only replica style paintball pistols that would pass as a training tool. At the moment there are only a limited number of variants so no 1911, M92's or CZ Shadow options to date. I would also think that any new models would also have the same mag system, so no tactical reloads. Hope this helps 😎👍
@@TacticalMagfed thanks! I see… odd that they have not thought about making the mag robust enough to be dropped no matter the surface they are dropped on…. Got a friend who do a lot of paintball where they try to mimic reality as much as possible with equipment, firearms, clothes and how they fight…. And they often hold their games in abandoned storage buildings with concrete floors. So, even for them these T4E are not a good choice due to the unrealistic nature of having mags you cannot drop unless you are super careful and stand on soft grass or something like that. So, seems odd to me that Umarex did not take this into account when creating these paintball guns so that they can be used in a reliable way where you often need to drop a mag or perhaps even a gun might drop at some point when running and gunning!… I will look further and see what more options there are… thanks
@@SimplicityForGood yeah, ultimately it is the technology behind making the marker reliably shoot paintballs and maintain the 1:1 replica of the real firearm. There will always be some sort of trade off between ball size, mag design, mag capacity, range and realism. I have a first strike FSC that I use as a secondary for woods ball or walk-on play, it has great range but is limited to 6 rounds and can be difficult to set up for standard field paint. I've seen some of the warheads videos, those big games in Sweden look awesome!
Great video! I got a T4E Glock as well. The thing is every time the 7th shot of the mag will need me to pull the trigger a bit harder than the other shot. I wonder do you having the same problem as me I don't understand what may cause that.
Hi there, glad you liked it 😎. I haven't experienced any issues with the trigger pull. The only thing I can think would cause this would be when the barrel extends into the mag to pick up the round maybe? Are you using paintballs or rubber rounds? Rubber rounds are slightly bigger than paintballs and may grip more on the barrel requiring a stronger trigger pull. Does the pistol shoot ok when you dry fire it with no paint ounds?

Hi there, this will be my next video 👍 you have to remove the 2 screws on the bottom of the grip, replace the plastic section with the new lanyard section and replace the screws to keep it in place. Hope that helps 👍😎
Hi there, these Umarex pistols do not have any adjustment for FPS out of the box. Everything is contained in the magazines. I have heard of people messing with the valves in the mags to get more FPS but this would make it unsafe for paintball. Hope that helps 👍😎
The one i got didnt come with this case mine says umarex and is all black and the opening is different. Wonder why... damn american style i guess.. oh wait two editions? I guess i got the shittier edition it only came with the barel cleaner and manuel and the umarex case. Damn where is this first edition i guess not on amazon or any website selling the gun for the same 325$ usd.
Hi, It's an actual Glock case. The first batch of markers made in Germany were the First Edition and as a bonus, they came with a Glock case. I pre-ordered mine and was lucky enough to get the case. All of the markers produced and sold now, come with the Umarex case 👍
Hi, if you're not bothered about the Glock licencing and are happy with the looks of the tpm1 I completely agree. Now this version is out I imagine the price of the tmp1 will come down too 😎👍
Hi there, the original release of this pistol was a limited edition. The limited edition came in a genuine Glock case and had Glock back straps. After the initial limited edition release came the general release which came with a standard Umarex pistol case. In my video I had the limited edition, others may have had to wait for the standard version. Hope that helps 😎 👍
Hi there, I'm really happy with mine. It is a quality replica in every way. They are pretty hard to find at the moment, especially the spare magazines. Modern combat sports US and UK seem to have stock last I checked 😎👍
Hi there, technically it can shoot any 0.43 (11mm) round projectiles. I haven't shot anything other than paint, chalk or rubber balls but all are fine in these Umarex markers. Hope that helps 😎👍
