biscuit base
250g soft butter
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 cups Selfraising flour
2 cups Cakes flour
30ml oil
filling
Apricot jam
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups desicated coconut
3 Egg whites
bake @ 180 degrees Celsius
15-18 minutes or until golden brown

Do u know how much is 3/4 cups is please
If u mean 3/4 cup sugar in grams?it's 150g but I always use cups but if u unsure about measurements if u punch into Google it always comes up
