For the lives that Phaneroo has changed Lord we are grateful. Papa Grace may God fulfill you and sustain this ministry. Again Crystal thank you for hosting Prim.
As ugandans, We fear to stand out, we don't even speak out wen people are being so rude to us..This is ALL becos of our backgrounds😢 Our parents taught us mbu "mpisa" yet they are building law self esteem in us😢 you can never make a white person uncomfortable, they have been taught confidence banange n as Ugandans we've missed this. People are confusing confidence and immorality, they think self esteem is arrogance why, our background! And we've settled for less because of this "Banandaba batya😢
Prim is looking sooo good ,love her.....Thanks Crystal for this beautiful episode ,everything looks good from the set to the conversation ,to you two beautiful ladies.
I do relate with Prim. Over thinking, over analyzing everything. Drawing conclusions. So she's now uncomfortable because she's trying to become what she isn't since that's society's expectation. 😢
Straight talker taking no prisoners......the people pleaser aspect and our meek nature was the catch word for me. Watching from cold East Coast USA, Nashua NH. Imagine such important information from a confident young lady helping in nourishment of the mind, soul and body. Asante Sana.
Haha before i watch, i love Prim, shes my og from , Bweranyangi. I have learned alot from her especially being patient with myself. Now let me get to the story
Change also comes with age, the older you grow the more confident you become . So Prim is growing through growth pains, you loose friends when you rediscover who you truly are. Good luck on your journey
Lastly, personally am thanking God that he has opened my mind n thanks to social media n to people like prim thatI have reasoned differently compared to some people in my family, am almost 30, no baby not married and i don't feel pressured, am fine, nkyenooonyaà❤ but this wasn't the case with my eldest sisters, my mum is this person that is always sayin after school, noonya musajja but i broke her rule, this is my life, she don't make me decisions, i know i have an independent mind based on my capabilities..! Now my sisters didnt have this chance n am learnin Alot from their life choices, tezisanyusa, becos they were for, I wanna please much of "maama"hoo😢sibyangu😢 so I may be late to something's "says the public" but to me kili okay..ladies its okay to say No to smthin uncomfortable for you, its okay to say no to even family, Yes..anything that ain't adding athing, please shine for you. Obulamu bubwo not yr people.
When you know yr body, you definitely look for wat suits it. Dear ladies...its okay to embrace you. Prim yr teaching me self-esteem. Love yourself, nobody is gona teach us this. Happiness is from with in. Stand out, nobody is coming to rescue you people. Tweezuule bakyaala. Whenever you klose yrself in the room, listen to sorrow music, y'all, yr digging yrself deeper😢 Go out and shine, its now or never. #twekunganye kunganye. Its important❤

How i love these conversations. Thank you for hosting this amazing , gorgeous lady. @nyonyoziprim what you are going through right now is the high way to your life purpose. When we as humans stop evolving “ we die”. So the fact that you an evolving & embracing the change despite it being a tough phase in your life, is evidence that you are ripe to live to your full potential. 💖
I had a coworker who used to be an emotional eater. She even said it herself that she had an eating disorder. I never saw this lady eat in the office lunch room. Infact i dont think i have ever seen her eat anything. She said when she got home she would sit in her living room at eat bags and bags of chips. Secret eating, emotional eating, eating disorder is actually a big problem especially with the youth.
How do people have this actual back and forth conversations with God? 😢.i feel like most times it’s actually our minds giving us responses.like is it an actual audible voice?
