There is a very clear policy in every company that you can’t pursue any other business interest. People violate it, then when companies show this policy and ask them or remove content and resign, they create these videos
Year 0:- they get into faang and start their yt channel and teach dsa for free to get the sympaty of students and they got their audience easily because of title faang.. Because it is not easy. I work with one of those companies that people aspire to work with and Ive been doing it for over a decade. No youtube channel, no comments and probably this is the only comment ill ever make. - learning something is comperatively easy because you know what your end goal is - it takes more than a year (a lot more) just to settle down and understand whats going around in real world. You are not going to start anything from scratch, you are gonna spend months if not years reading whats already been done, where can you contribute and ask a lot of questions. There is no world changing code you are going to write, mostly innovative ways of solving problem if you are very familiar with the codebase you are working with - There is no glory or glamour, just silent appreciation from the people that actually understand the impact that you have. but it doesn't help people who've been conditioned to be praised on youtube (the attention it brings)and a lot of aspiring / trying-to-find-their-path folks compare you to the best thing that ever happened to them. - After spending a year in one of these companies, you realize that it will take you a LONG time to actually make something that will have an impact and theres no over-night celebrity status that you are going to get. Combine all of this and the willingness of people ready to throw money to get a high paying job, it seems easier to just go back to your youtube audience and start promoting your own or someone else's product. There are a very few (less than 5) youtubers that I know who really shared something because they wanted to and had no ulterior motive. But if someone is quitting their job then its very simple to understand that you are the product. edit - my first point about "learning something is comparatively easy" may be misunderstood. The implication was that its a lot harder to dabble into legacy / existing code thats already been maintained over the years and the issues that come with it compared to learning something from scratch where you aren't fixing existing mistakes.
Shraddha khapra resigned microsoft Rohit negi resigned from uber love babbar resigned from amazon than microsoft than fraz bhai you and also I girl resigned from 1 cr package of atlassian and every one is saying they are soing for us 😂😂But the reality is that they are overhyping tech industry and creating alot lot competition for us and they are just filling their pocket by selling courses
I used to hear that in Bangalore if you throw a stone it either hits a dog or a software engineer. Now I'll include DSA sellers. Every gali has its own DSA seller. But more than selling DSA, you should be selling system design courses, comprehensive ones. The system design space is not that crowded. Arpit Bhayani's courses for beginners and advanced are around 60k. Gaurav Sen's course is around 5-6k. But it is all over the place. Make a really cool product for system design and that will let you stand apart. DSA can be learned for free online.
To be frank, work in tech companies is far more complicated than teaching Dsa. Believe it or not, with more resources ,competition will only increase. Software Engineering will become next JEE few years down the line. Such an oversupply will only reduce the salary. Resources might help some people get high paying jobs, but if we look at a bigger picture , its just increasing competition and stress, nothing else. Best Business is selling Hopes, be it for IIT or for FAANG.
If looked through a wide spectrum...any field in education is a business now. In the upcoming years maybe like 12-15 years money from education will mostly control the economy alone.
I found you few months back through YT recommendation. I consider myself to be blessed enough that I found your channel in my Final Year. I have no technical experience. I have always found coding to be hard. Trust me, the way you calmly explained everything, has given me a light of hope. I was always ready to work hard for my dreams but I found no right path for it, thanks to you that you helped me. You had crafted the video in the most beautiful way, some instances were so relatable to me like I also take a lot of time to study a topic and I also love to go in depth which consumes a lot of time and recently I have considered it to be a problem but after watching your video, I feel great. Thank you and all the very best to you and your team, I hope you get all the good things. I hope in future we will collaborate for a better impact. Take care.
See dsa is for those who directly want to get into big companies like FAANG ( which will be very difficult or impossible for a non-tech/non-btech background student ) So if you are a person from non-tech/non-btech, you'll be able to get job in startups. And believe me they will never ask questions from dsa. I've given interview in more than 10 startups, 7 of them didn't even ask what DSA is? Even if they ask then it will be very basic like array, strings etc. which you can learn from UA-cam in 10 days. The main thing these startups ask is questions in development.

I just don't understand why all these UA-camrs are running behind this teaching business. There are already 1000s of very well-designed courses and just adding more to the list seems like a waste of time and talent to me. I know a lot of people will still probably pay them and they will make money out of this venture, but this makes less sense to me. Okay fine, you love to teach. But you could have done that even with your job at Google. I mean you can at least post one video every week. But then you won't have those million views and no revenue obtained by making those videos. So in the end it is all about money for you, right? So don't say you like teaching. Just imagine coders like Pulkit solving 2Sum problem for which there are already 100 videos when he could have put his brain into building something useful for the world with one of the biggest tech companies.
This man has lost my respect! Suddenly, he couldn't handle the pressure in Google so he realised his passion was teaching and then he launched a paid course 👎

Not to be rude but my question is you yourself worked hard and learned coding to get into Google, and now you resign claiming that you like teaching more so, what is the point for promoting your coding brand if the founders of such coding brands themselves quit Google? Like what is the point of learning coding if we are seeing that the seniors are quitting Google or Amazon? It is better to learn skills like Digital Marketing or SEO if our ultimate goal is to become a founder of our company. Sitting for hours to practice coding is stressful and really no use if we end up quitting jobs later in the future. I think you should teach us how to start our own business and create our brands instead of wasting time on coding. Just my thoughts. I don't mean to offend anyone but this has really become a trend where every coding UA-camr teaches coding for free, glamorizes first how cool coding is and how getting into FAANG companies is cool, and then later on leave their coding job claiming that teaching has become their priority and start building companies where they sell coding courses. It is becoming a vicious cycle. It seems we shouldn't be working hard on practicing coding but should be taking business courses to build our own companies because that is ultimately what is going to give us satisfaction.
I have 9 years of experience in IT industry and one common thing i found about these Faang UA-camr that they first create their audience And then start selling their courses Nothing is wrong in this because they know they can never make too much money by working at faang than selling courses !!
Year 1: they worked for 1 year (in between that they got good subscribers on yt by making videos likes, inside google office, food in that company and do some podcasts)
and after they realize ki bc hamara passion toh teaching h aur hum toh bc padhane ke liye bane h😂.
and then they resign and start selling 5k course of dsa and poor freshers fall into these bhaiya's trap.
Sahi bola re 😂
😂bruh I just laugh at these people and those people who actually buy their courses 😂 it's ridiculous for paying what's available already for free 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is trend nowdays, having own business of teaching is better than working under someone, In case teaching dont work, have youtube crowd for money.
@@ashutoshdangi6833 Yep, can't agree more. Everything is available on the internet for free idk why people are paying for these sh*tty classes.
They are making a fool of everyone. If someone has the willingness they will dedicate 4-5 months and learn DSA from anywhere. But if someone is under pressure that everyone is doing so I also have to then he cannot and ofcourse he will buy these sh*tty courses
Exactly It's a trap

Padhana itna hi acha lagta hai to kisi school me ja ke grass root level pe, bachcho ko padhao. Just say directly that this is easy money. It is difficult to work hard and get promoted at Google or any big tech company. It is much easier to teach basic things to kids and get even more money.
Irony is none of these teacher's have taken any course, it means resources are already there to crack any company.
Taken 4 courses related to Computer Science (total would be maybe 10+)
1. Introduction to C++ (Cost = Rs. 20k) [Got 50% scholarship so paid around Rs. 10k]
2. Machine Learning (Cost = Rs. 23k)
3. Competitive Programming (Got scholarship, don't remember the cost)

I don't understand this trend
,1.they will join a company,Eg(Google, Microsoft or any big MNC)
2.then they will make all sort of videos on it Eg-welcomekit unboxing, podcast with company recruiter ,there journey to the xyz company, campus tour, studio tour, salary analysis, vacation vlog etc.
All these videos for approx 1 or 1.5 years
3.Final -resigned from this xyz company for teaching. As I saw Eg-shraddha didi, love baber etc
Finally, they will start join teaching in any way,why every engineering UA-camr is doing it.
There is something which these ppl are not telling us like all ppl from big companies resign and teach on YT something wrong is there in this job role
Because it is not easy. I work with one of those companies that people aspire to work with and Ive been doing it for over a decade. No youtube channel, no comments and probably this is the only comment ill ever make.
- learning something is comperatively easy because you know what your end goal is
- it takes more than a year (a lot more) just to settle down and understand whats going around in real world. You are not going to start anything from scratch, you are gonna spend months if not years reading whats already been done, where can you contribute and ask a lot of questions. There is no world changing code you are going to write, mostly innovative ways of solving problem if you are very familiar with the codebase you are working with
- There is no glory or glamour, just silent appreciation from the people that actually understand the impact that you have. but it doesn't help people who've been conditioned to be praised on youtube (the attention it brings)and a lot of aspiring / trying-to-find-their-path folks compare you to the best thing that ever happened to them.
Dark secrets of corporates that no youtuber told you…
Shraddha khapra resigned microsoft Rohit negi resigned from uber love babbar resigned from amazon than microsoft than fraz bhai you and also I girl resigned from 1 cr package of atlassian and every one is saying they are soing for us 😂😂But the reality is that they are overhyping tech industry and creating alot lot competition for us and they are just filling their pocket by selling courses
Competition sirf DSA walo me badhega
Cs me baki bhi fields hai
recession ka asli fayada to yeh log le rahe hain
I used to hear that in Bangalore if you throw a stone it either hits a dog or a software engineer. Now I'll include DSA sellers. Every gali has its own DSA seller.
But more than selling DSA, you should be selling system design courses, comprehensive ones.
The system design space is not that crowded. Arpit Bhayani's courses for beginners and advanced are around 60k. Gaurav Sen's course is around 5-6k. But it is all over the place.
Make a really cool product for system design and that will let you stand apart. DSA can be learned for free online.
DSA sellers don't have to be from Bangalore
@@rayyanabdulwajid7681 DSA sellers are everywhere.

Take care.
See dsa is for those who directly want to get into big companies like FAANG ( which will be very difficult or impossible for a non-tech/non-btech background student )
So if you are a person from non-tech/non-btech, you'll be able to get job in startups.
I am damn sure you are the best program as well as the best teacher lakhs of students are lucky that they learn from you❤

I resigned from Google as FAANG in India doesn't pay as much as I earn from my UA-cam channel

Sabko UA-camr hi banna hia..thats why some companies started to strict the policy that their employee can't do youtube videos in the same area.
Accha hua bhai layoff se pehle hi resign kr diya warna beizzati ho jata
Cinematic + story + efforts = 🔥
I have 9 years of experience in IT industry and one common thing i found about these Faang UA-camr that they first create their audience
And then start selling their courses
Nothing is wrong in this because they know they can never make too much money by working at faang than selling courses !!
And those who are purchasing course , 90℅ of them are not going to shortlisted for company becoz of tough competition
Choose your career path wisely
I wish good luck to Fraz and his team .
