You did absolutely correct for me first is my family and time for them then money if ineer peace is compromise i will never do that job instead i will open a shop near my area that can easily make 1 lpa and daily at home giving time to my family in the evenings, saying this after being an iitian yes i am a 3 yr undgrade from iit delhi , i will search for something that give me ineer peace with some good money 😅😅😅 you did best decisions of life and never tell anybody or take advice to leave. A high paying job they always say dont it will be okay on some time and you will have difficulty to quit the job so tale decision by your own whether it is wrong or right you are the responsible one only ❤❤❤

After spending 3 years and 6 months, being underpaid in my own Org (forget about market standards), I had to quit the job and now starting to work on myself. My whole team was very good but it's just the one person that forced me to quit my job :( Sadly money is not the solution to every problem, but it should at least compensate for the amount of problems you are facing.
