Learn GOOGLE cloud and take GCP certifications. Does not cost much. 3. Learn Python & PowerBI from coding platforms 4. Learn AI as well Take part in online competitions and build a reputation. Even if you can place in top 1000 in a competition, that is almost good as a resume with experience. Option-2 : Get N3 certification in Japanese and a GCP advanced certifications and float your profile. You will get a job in 6 months and in 1 year you will be at onsite 3. Option-3 : Get a B1 certification in German. Same technical certifications recommended for Japanese. Better your fluency in Japanese or German that much better your chances of getting a job

Guys there is nothing going to be changed in job market. This is the reality. The sector is overcrowded because of influencers and most of the colleges closed their core branches. And there is more supply than the demand if you are a undergrad try exploring new paths or instead of solely focussing on computer science and try to explore the world outside IT. Try on learning new things and try to create money from your knowledge. If you keep on waiting for a job then your life will be ruined. One fine day you will get some realisation and you will eventually end up in a completly different job or with a small business.

Food business , teaching not full time tution for kids . Like there is many other opportunities. My advice is dont sit and feel depressed because you dont have job . Keep on working in side routes and genrate income . Once income flows they will get some courage and confidence. Like what ever situation they are they will be able to survive. What will come if they sit lonely in a room and grinding leetcode or web development 24*7 and depressing that they did not get a job . Go outside and try to create a income source. Let's be very honest IT is never going to boom again. It boomed back in 90s and 2000 and that phase is over. This industry is getting stagnant. The jobs which are coming back are not new but older positions which companies let it go because of cost cutting. And a lot jobs as said are coming from west because labour is cheap. So the long term growth opportunities in this industry is very less. At what rate engineers are coming and at what rate is this industry growing?? The hikes are only going to lessen and also people who will be in 30s unlike previous generation won't be having an extremely high packages being managers. A lot of people used to work under my dad and mostly none of them have reached what their seniors simply because the rate of growth of companies are very slow or stagnant. and i have not even spoken about AI because the disruption it is causing is smtg that presently can't be guessed. So be optimist but a realist at the same time.

@@challengemania4447 yes post 35 they will not exactly force you but as you have promotion the managing work increases. And the proportion of management roles keeps on increasing. Even if you are able to do all the hands-on tech still they won't give you because the job stage would be very low. The age bracket in such roles will be less than 30. Will they keep a 40-50 yr old with them considering that the 40-50 yr old guys knows all hard-core tech which hardly is the case. They won't right. It's like however fit MSD or Virat is you won't send then and put then with young bunch of players to play right. And this is pre AI times. Idk what the market would turnout after there is more influx of AI. It's more like the way companies grew in 2000s. It's not the same case now. The rate slow down. And stagnant. So in my dad's generation each and everyone of his colleague went on to hold pretty high positions. However is juniors have not been able achieve same in the same age . Not because they are bad at what they do. It's simply because the company hasn't grown at that rate anymore. If the company doesn't grow at the same speed not many managing roles are required. The managing roles aren't increasing as well. So the companies have a workforce who is nearing 40s don't have so many opportunities of managing roles which my dad had 10-12 yrs back. And trust me even companies want to keep such experienced people but at present even they don't know what would they do with so many of them. Because neither they can give any lower level job role since they are for people with 5 yrs experience or less. And neither so many new projects and teams have come up that you can keep even 50% of them. This the actual situation. Everyone is figuring out. But this the actual ground reality. And this started back in 2017-18. People slowly are able to understand because for normal public who are not into this field it takes time before it hits them and makes them realise

"The Hidden Reality" there is an increase in hiring for 2025 grads. But what about 2024 grads who have just internship experience yet? They are still not getting chances. Companies either want +1 year of experience or want to hire freshers for internships ( i.e., 2025 grads ). But they forgot about 2024 grads who neither have +1 year experience yet and no longer sit for 2025 on-campus placements.

Lekin Bihar Board me 10th ke final marks me English include nahi hota hai, isliye mujhe English me 35 marks mile jo total percentage me count nahi hue. TCS ke interview process ke dauran unhone mere marks ko fir se calculate kiya, jisse mera aggregate 57% ho gaya. @@challengemania4447 yes post 35 they will not exactly force you but as you have promotion the managing work increases. And the proportion of management roles keeps on increasing. Even if you are able to do all the hands-on tech still they won't give you because the job stage would be very low. The age bracket in such roles will be less than 30. Will they keep a 40-50 yr old with them considering that the 40-50 yr old guys knows all hard-core tech which hardly is the case.
They won't right. It's like however fit MSD or Virat is you won't send then and put then with young bunch of players to play right.
And this is pre AI times. Idk what the market would turnout after there is more influx of AI.
It's more like the way companies grew in 2000s. It's not the same case now. The rate slow down. And stagnant. So in my dad's generation each and everyone of his colleague went on to hold pretty high positions. However is juniors have not been able achieve same in the same age . Not because they are bad at what they do. It's simply because the company hasn't grown at that rate anymore. If the company doesn't grow at the same speed not many managing roles are required. The managing roles aren't increasing as well. So the companies have a workforce who is nearing 40s don't have so many opportunities of managing roles which my dad had 10-12 yrs back.
And trust me even companies want to keep such experienced people but at present even they don't know what would they do with so many of them. Because neither they can give any lower level job role since they are for people with 5 yrs experience or less. And neither so many new projects and teams have come up that you can keep even 50% of them.
This the actual situation. Everyone is figuring out. But this the actual ground reality. And this started back in 2017-18. People slowly are able to understand because for normal public who are not into this field it takes time before it hits them and makes them realise

Rather follow the organisation or the channels who are actually doing research like Teamlease. They are creating panic with ending their statements with question mark. So that no body can take action against them as they are asking questions. Some time they will say learn DSA and after 2-3 months they ll make a video of is DSA overhyped. there is an increase in hiring for 2025 grads. But what about 2024 grads who have just internship experience yet? They are still not getting chances. Companies either want +1 year of experience or want to hire freshers for internships ( i.e., 2025 grads ). But they forgot about 2024 grads who neither have +1 year experience yet and no longer sit for 2025 on-campus placements.
I know the situation and you are also right, but giving up or not doing anything is not an option. Apni prep best kar sakte hai and lets try to reachout to people in a better way to get referrals

TCS ke interview process ke dauran unhone mere marks ko fir se calculate kiya, jisse mera aggregate 57% ho gaya. Unfortunately, TCS me 60% ka minimum criteria hai, is wajah se main interview nahi de paaya, jabki mujhe unka digital offer mila tha. Abhi ke recession ke time me ye situation aur bhi challenging hai.
