    This looks really delicious. I saw a show where this is spread on little bits of crusty baguette, then dipped in a sauce of fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and sliced hot chilies. Heaven!

    I would not use margarine because it’s made from cheap seed and pesticide to make it grow. Why not use good butter it tastes great and set’s . But ill still give your way a go.

    Instead of ground pork, we can use ground chicken breast to make this halal.

      margarine has a higher burn temp than butter. you cant cook with butter as it will burn so the correct thing to use is clarified butter.

      Actually can use butter. In Việt Nam the butter is quite expensive so alot of recipes are using margarine so that more people can use the recipes.

    Liver toxins? Like what?

    • @DMSProduktions
      @DMSProduktions 3 роки тому +2

      NON western liver may be toxic if unfresh, or may contain bile, due to the gall bladder (bile duct) not being removed properly! As it is an lipid based secretion it will TAINT the liver making it BITTER, & you can't get it out of the meat once it's been exposed/contaminated! Even your dog/cat may not eat it!

      Liver isn’t toxic, the milk or buttermilk makes the liver more mellow tasting. Use butter and not margarine please.

    Eggs is missing from the recipe and you added something white just after the 300g of margarine also missing from the recipe.
    Edit: also the bacon in the end is missing.

    First, I like verbal cooking shows. When I want to read, I go to my large cookbook collection.
    Second, you lost me at the word “margarine”. No decent cook would touch the stuff!!! 🙀🙀🙀

      In Việt Nam the butter is quite expensive so sometimes people use margarine instead of butter, but of course you can use butter. I also use butter when making pate.
      And you may not want to add that much sugar, can skip it also.

      While I agree butter is better of margarine, so tired of these UA-cam “food experts”
      (In the US) margarine no longer contains trans fat. It is vegetable oil emulsified with lecithin (the stuff found in eggs). It’s cheaper and softens faster than butter. I prefer butter, but prices keep going up.
      Not sure about the rest of the world, but in the US if you think margarine is toxic then you know zero about food.
