Is This Swimsuit Appropriate for a 73 Year Old?

I like to have fun, but Body Image is an important topic for me, particularly as we age.
The insecurities about our outer appearance can escalate to the point that we cover up to rationalize our inner conflict.
I use the swimsuit merely as a “cover up” to what I really want to say. It’s not just about physical, but mental when we tend cover to hide our inner conflicts.
Some may speak out in the form of body shaming others which displays self-pain.
Underneath insecurities is a beautiful person. Loose the hang ups and unwrap your gifts.
I really loved this workshop. I may bring it out again.
