There were 3 people capable of healing, and it's the freaking warrior that tried to save his mate with a bandage because the 3 fucktards were too busy checking the loot.

The hunter (PoV) also tried to heal him with bandages, but because warrior did it first, it targeted himself. The DPS cared more about the tanks health than the healers.
This is why you don't level with dungeons if you don't know these people are actually worth their mothers egg.

I can tell you why people use something like the Multishot in a stupid situation. Because people use guides instead of dealing with their class and the enemies, situations, etc. They just keep pressing their buttons because the guide says so in the rotation. People are just brain dead. They can't adapt to any situation or they don't know when to use which ability or, better yet, not to use it. I dont know why these people play hardcore...

I am leveling a hunter as a second character. Level 20 right now but it's really chill (read: dull) but it is easy and you can kind of afk it to a certain extent. Most mobs don't even require anything more than send pet and autoshot. I am doing it whilst watching videos, it's really laid back leveling.
Sparta at 10:30 deserves more love. The level of awareness this guy showed was stellar and is someone I would want in my HC group. People can call out to get teammates healed, but it is another step to try to DO something about it. I would probably not trust any of those people capable of healing.
i have not gotten to that part yet. but i do remember me as a hunter back in the original tbc. i was mister awareness.
while i was doing my usual dps. i was also doing cc on 2 mobs at the same time (keeping them perma stunned with traps and scatter shot and other things) i would keep an eye on the healer at all times and distracting shot or atleast do whatever i can to pull aggro off him if any ad moved towards the healer.
i'd be doing off healing with first aid. (at the right times so that it's not just a single tick)
i'd warn people of getting too close to aggro radius.
and (in hardcore it doesn't matter ofcourse) i even remember a raid where the entire raid died. (40 people) and i was the only one who survived with my feign death. and i used goblin jumper cables to revive a healer. who then rezzed others and we could bring back the whole raid. instead of having to start over because of respawns.
Makes me wonder how many people have had the honor of being killed by Tiron himself...
That DMF cannon is very hard. You have to click off the buff at the right moment to land in the target, and since you have a lot of horizontal velocity it's not as simple as clicking it off when you're directly overhead. The target isn't large and if you miss (or you don't even try) then you die. It's a funny minigame normally but in HC it's brutal.

You need to click it off as you approach the water shore, then you hit it bag in the centre of the target. Sadly you still get nothing so this is really a loose, loose, loose in this scenario.

Mages who die from falling would be the baby deer the mother would throw to the wolves when chased in order to save herself, in a previous life.
One thing about being a healer in HC, you need a core group. There are so many healers at DM, you can't even pug a group. Once you hit 40, you will get endless whispers from full groups who need heals. At that point some dumb ass hunter or mage has killed all the healers sending them back to DM.
If you are a healer you need a core group that will reroll with you if you die as heals. Never go in a dungeon with a PUG.
A question you should never seek the answer to in hardcore wow: What does this do?
Both the hunter and the warrior tried to bandage that guy while the healers had their heads up their asses. Sad.

The problem is even if you know this stuff as a tank and call it out before people will be like "this is easy of course we would heal if you have dots on you, just let me play the game."
As a tank in hc i have seen so many healer dc's random wands into big pulls, trolls activating more candles, peoppe doublepulling by accident as they are impatient.

Honestly I feel like the fact that the game practically plays itself (addons, guides, macros, ect. all built-in and at your finger tips) is a big reason why so many people, especially high level characters, die for dumb reasons. It's caused too many people to basically play on autopilot instead of actually learning to play the game effectively.

The healers not healing the tank after the fight, I think what happened was their loot window was covering their entire screen, Atheaa looked like she was oom, but Dag AND the shaman both had the mana to make sure he didn't die.

Those healers in ubrs acting like they had no mana, they definitely had enough for a heal, each. Lazy pieces of shit too focused on gear that won't be distributed for 2-3 minutes to do their job.

Watching these mistakes are funny and I hope these people take notes on there faults and improve instead of blaming others. I play World of Warships Legends and make a lot of embarrassing mistakes. I used to heavily blame others and now I take notes or rewatch my mess ups. Plus learning how other classes play by playing them myself.

1:50 healers always like to stay away from the action, often with good reason, but in this fight the healer needs to be positioned so his heal aggro gides the boss (close enough) to the tank, but still stay far enough from and behind the mobs (don't remember what abilities they have, but these constructs hit pretty hard).
6:40 he was on auto, half asleep. On that beach you can't do that, you always have to be on the lookout for the elite.
11:00 remind people beforehand, *don't immediately loot.* A good healer knows to keep it up when the fight is over and in which fights this is essential, but loot windows popping up are always a distraction. Note how the tank himself *also* didn't realize what was happening until it was too late.
The worst are healers who get aggro and run away from the tank.

@@AMDeZani It also is the healers job to watch for that health. I only wanted to point out how people switch off their attention after the fight, especially with that loot on the screen.
Remember to level your defense skill. Makes those hits that eat your hp bar away, easier to heal through.
Same with the different weapons… so when you get that ‘Upgrade’ you actually hit the target as a tank.
Also unarmed skill. So when you get disarmed, you can do some kind of dps.@@wobblysauce

As a healer on HC you keep a mana pot for unexpected shit, so you dont stand there like an oom dumbass, HC has a learning curve for all classes.
and even without mana pot you have dark/demonic fine and even flask of distilled Wisdom

I think people forget the real cost of a potion is the cooldown. Keeping lower level ones wastes bag space and sets you up to make the wrong choice. Plus, they are dirt cheap.

If you are shadow while leveling flash heal is often the correct heal to spam. Also once you have 350+ healing a downranked flash heal is your go to for everything with some few exceptions: Mana intensive fights (sapphiron) or extremely predictable damage (onyxia, patchwerk) where you would rather use downranked greater heal, AOE damage fights where you spam POH like Vael or Pure HPS fights where you spam max rank flash heal instead.

You learned 2 things when raids started having raid mechanics, dps do not care about threat and healers are the worst players in the game. Their job was literally to sit back and push 1 of 2 buttons. They are actual shit players. Every healer that is amazing in end game guilds had played dps and tank and had awareness. Justice for Borin, the man should have needed it all as payment for his 200 hours that was trusted to the worst (nut needed) players in all mmos.
There are players that play badly but still have more awareness than the fluff that pick healing class because they want to play wow but are to damn scared to actually play and pick the toon at the back of the line.
16:11, that was just terrible gameplay from the priest tbh. He could so easily have popped two fades while running. Then you just stop and hearth while the mobs chase the group all the way to the entrance. Then he ran into the dogs instead of across the courtyard.
That tank dying to fucking fire for no reason is exactly why I would have to play healer in hardcore... No fucking way am I allowing people to die to that shit, healbot will be in the center of my screen...

The thing with water in vanilla is you need jump above it in order to make your breath gage reset, this being different from retail which is what gets people killed.
Also them mages are terrible. If the mob you are fighting is hitting you melee you are doing something terrible wrong as a mage.
i just made it to lvl 60 and my buddy and I's number 1 rule the whole time was no fucking huntards allowed to group in any dungeon we did and i swear that was our key to success XDD
