Bit of an update in case you missed it, as far as I'm aware Gnonto did sack his agent, and is renewing his contract in the next couple of days. In terms of dressing room character, Farke has been fantastic at pulling everyone together after a tough August and I think has built a fundamentally strong level of teamwork and investment in the squad as a unit. That's essential for getting out of this league, Farke recognised that and acted. He's got everything behind the scenes right!
It is a nice mix of creators and I like the shorter vids, although I watch the longer ones while doing jobs. We don't get any news here, so I rely on you to keep me updated and informed. Agree 100%. Just a quick production tip....keep the sun behind you when filming as the camera keeps adjusting exposure when your arm moves in frame.

You're spot on about Connor, don't forget Lewis, am from NZ too. Yes we get most of our content from these creators if the club was smart it would recognise how important these people are to its fanbase and put something small on for them once a year.
Have to agree about Connor. Subscribed to him for a few months but his negativity and moaning just got on my tits. Don't want to listen to a podcast and feel shit after it. Can go down the pub and get that sort of crap if i wanted it... lol . Good vid Pal. Keep em coming 👍

Right let me break this down for you my little Antipodean friend. Firstly no one is denying Farkes turn around of the clubs fortunes and we are all happy for his contribution but his lack of basic managerial tactics are not going to help us be where we need to be come next season whether we go up or stay in the Championship. If we are promoted Farke has shown he doesn’t possess the tactical ability to change games and we are going to need that we aren’t going to be dominating teams like we have this season are we? If we stay in the Championship we will have to rely on all the talented youngsters Farke has been disrespecting and ignoring this season due to players exiting either for economic reasons or because the stars of the team won’t want to be playing another season in the dungeons of the Championship. My question is how many of these ignored and disrespected youngsters are willing to play for a manager that has refused to make substitutions when he can?
4 years isn’t four years in football, it never is, a contract runs until one party sees fit and these 49ers are seekers of excellence, they will do whatever is necessary to keep us moving forward and won’t have any sentimentality when it comes to driving Leeds forward. Quite rightly so, Farke needs to show us what he is capable of in moments of stress and this is a moment of stress. These three remaining games are every capable managers dream scenario, if Farke can’t deliver there are plenty of managers who can.

Connor is a failed academy product, he's never come to terms with the rejection and has a loathing for Managers and Coaches,
That's why he was quick to blame Farke for Gnonto, Spence,
Connor has attempted to get into journalism but his habit of clashing with authority figures (ie his bosses) hasn't gone down too well,
In short Connor has one of the biggest chips on his shoulder, his long suffering Dad has my sympathy 😢

@@ziggyleper they're absolute horrors who cashed in on Bielsa whilst pushing for him to be sacked, just like their mate Phil Hay.
I think what a lot of people forget is the gap in quality between the Championship and the prem. The gulf between the two is absolutely huge. I don't think Farke is a brilliant coach, I think he is a decent coach, but he is stubborn and unsophisticated. In game management is poor and when challenged on it in press conferences he denies observable reality. Overall he is doing ok, but we have dropped points because he sticks with plan A for too long in games.
This is spot on. If we'd got Farke before Bielsa, after the rubbish we'd had, we'd be delighted. Bielsa exposes his limitations, though. You just hope we can get up despite them.
Difficult to disagree with your assessment. Farke is doing a good job but he’s far too stubborn/slow implementing plan B when things aren’t going our way. In fact I’m not sure he has a plan B sometimes.
What I don't like about Farke is his in game management. If we start poor that usually means we're getting beat. Bielsa used to turn games round by changing tactics and formations and making substitutions and Farke doesn't seem to be able to do this.
Just before Bielsa got the sack, he didn't turn any games around. We were getting stuffed every week!!
@@timbarrett8039 pathetic, ignorant and disrespectful. Klopp gets to leave a hero on his own terms and Liverpool fans are devastated. Our fans wanted Bielsa out and never miss an opportunity to run him down. That's why we get relegated and stay down for years.
Don't think stating the facts is being pathetic or disrespectful. The team/players had lost faith in Bielsa, the senior players wanted him to change the style of play, and he refused. Seems to me it's you that's pathetic because you can't accept that other people's views may differ to yours.
