The cuyyle-chytil-kakko line has been a major surprise for us rangers fans. even kakko has been giving us some good production, not a number 2 overall pick type production but kakko looks actually like he found a place that he can do well
I am biased because I am a Sens fan, but Anton Forsberg has been a shock to me and many other Sens fans this year. Ever since he tore both MCL's (food good reason and not) he was unplayable. Now, it is early on, but he has a few wins under his belt this year AND is currently the ONLY goalie with two shutouts!

We were probably gonna finish around where we did last year if not a little better or a little worst and we’ve come out and have been playing some of the best hockey in the league. Ovi is starting to look back to form, Strome and McMichael are having great starts and our top D-Line of Chychrun and Carlson has been unreal

The Jets have 4 guys killing it Connor is top 10 in points, top 5 in goals, Morrissey is 5th in assists and 2 in points for a defensemen, Pionk is top 5 in goals and assists. Then there's Helle.
Biggest surprise of the season has to be the Capitals looking veryyyyy dangerous to start the year, if they can just get some consistency in between the pipes they have all the pieces to make a run

My surprise Player this year is Alex Laferierre on LA he has 8 goals so far and is near the top on the goal leaders board compared to last season
