    This topic is SOOOO relevant! Maybe a series on this could be a thing worth doing?
    My personal witness - I can do a days work on a PC and get some discomfort... But using a phone for a fraction of that time is absolute murder on fingers hands forearms & neck...
    Everything about phone use is wrong... Static holds, gripping , tapping, swiping. All at the same time. It's just not sustainable.
    But is becoming mandatory for folks who maybe don't want a PC and need to access bank accounts etc.
    Although this will soon be the end of the dark ages I feel, and increasingly see folks using voice in and out instead of text entry. Hey Google or whatever.
    Admittedly I am tapping this comment, so adoption takes effort to engage the habit...!!
    But I feel sorry for kids whose entire lifestyle revolves around the phone, from news to social networking, email, sms, video calls require the phone to be held in the most toxic position... Gaming , UA-cam, streaming, music, everything! It's a nightmare.
    Again my witness is that it's also hideously addictive, from the second you wake to the last thing in bed. It's torture.

    Can you give some advice on how to use the phone laying in bed? I know NOT using the phone is the best idea, but...😂

      Yeah don't do it, it's a habit you'll regret I guarantee it.
      If you want to watch something, get or hack a bracket to hold it in front of your face.
