Good job Ryder, very tough mud race, also Dom and Toby are 2 that I had told you about about 2 years ago, glad you have met them, great boys and super proud of them! Keep up the the good work and have fun
We were at this event and even when it is dry the terrain is challenging. When you add 2" of rain on Friday night it becomes a survival event, old school hare scramble event!
Thank you so much! I didn't realize when we were talking you are Mr midlife crisis! Hope to see you at Marvins please remind me of your screen name when we meet next time!
At nyoa for big bikes we have about 400-450 people average at dry races but at mud races a lot of people back out. It is insane you got 10th overall you were absolutely flying out there! I was pulled off the track crashed when you lapped me lol
I wondered whether to turn out with love without make sense sorry to hear you crashed out and thank you so much for the compliments! See you at the next one!
Me and my buddy worked on this course and the big uphill at mile 1, so much people got stuck both bikes and quads. Me and him had to help like 30+ riders up that hill!
I would encourage you to not spend too much time second-guessing your choices in a mud race. I think your choices were very good. It doesn't always turn out the way it should but following anyone through ruts and mud is usually the wrong choice. Making bold (seemingly crazy) choices in mud usually turns out better than sinking your bike. Mudders are a different kind of race where patience, calculation, and cunning line choices (and sometimes just rolling the dice) add up for a win. But come on, you are going to win no matter the situation, yes? You guys have the talent and experience and put in the work to get it done! Great job!
Great accomplishment by finishing all 4 laps. Yeah that looks nasty as could be. It will definitely wear you out when your ass end keeps slipping out and you gotta keep taking your feet off the peg.
Awesome job. I just don’t understand how you guys can go so fast in the mud I’m also an old man and a new rider so I’m sure that’s part of it. I actually skipped this race because I knew it was gonna be a mud race and then, of course the next race at Baldwin Trail riders was a mud race. Also, I heard it was not as bad as this one.
We at nyoa usually do have 400 bikes but not just because of all the other races that weekend most riders that have raced that property before dont want to do it again because of the track and parking never has good reviews
Pee Wee Bikes and Minis Quads run at the same time on 2 different tracks At 8am,and then PW quads and mini bikes go next at 9:30, Adult Bikes at 11:15 and do not run at the same time as the Quads which run at 2:30 and they both run on the same track
Yes you get 20 ft on either side of the track unless there is a double arrow or ribbon or fencing. If there is a bottle neck you can use more than 20ft and then get back on track as soon as possible

yeah, they were really nice!
Used to race nyoa, that NY mud is no joke man. You handled it extremely well. Nice line choices 👌
thanks Jeff! I was telling my dad that, that it was really bad!

Makes sense!
Another Ryder Video! Perfect and truly thanks for posting Ryder!!! Love these videos and that 2T!
Thanks Grant! And Brappppp!
Sweet run!
thanks!!!
Nye-Oh-Ah is about as tough to pronounce as they are to race! Great video guys!🤙
Hahaha, thanks and funny!
Great video Ryder! I would think riding the bigger bike in the mud would be much easier for you. Glad to see you killed it!
Ahhhh thanks Craig! Hope all is well!
Great riding. It was nice talking with you guys on the line. My boy has asked 20 times if you made a video yet.
Thank you so much! I didn't realize when we were talking you are Mr midlife crisis! Hope to see you at Marvins please remind me of your screen name when we meet next time!
No fan of mud, you killed it as always!!!!
Thank you very much again tammy!

I sure was glad to see the finish
Me too Tyler!

Awesome course! thank you! You must be exhausted from pushing all those squads and bikes?
@@RyderSigety Yeah, my muscles are still sore after that day. But it was fun helping those riders up the hill.
I'll be up in haupersville this weekend for barnfest/Unadilla
Party man!
Great job!!
Thank you!
you have to do half the laps of the leader in class to avoid a DNF, they also round down, so if leader does 3 and you do 1 you avoid the DNF.
Good Intel,

Well said! I'll just keep doing what I'm doing thank you!

Thanks Dorrian!
Fast!
Thanks Mike!
What external battery do you use for the GoPro? Mine also dies at 2 hours in
We tried sooooooo many, ended up ordering a bunch off Amazon but liked one from Walmart the best

Thanks and 100% that's what wore me down!

haha, i been racing the mud since age 5....u will get used to it! Run towards the flames and u will get use to the heat. Thanks for the comment.
@@RyderSigety I know everyone’s preferences are different. I’m just curious what tires do you like to run where and why?
@@ngrimm0 we prefer the Kenda Washougal II mostly everywhere

🤙
Thanks!
NYOA Events are averaging 700-950 riders at each event
Yeah I thought that was kind of low, thanks!
Lockman Crest
Thanks
what brand handguards do you run?
Cycra pro bend series one!
@@RyderSigetythanks
👍
Thanks Corey!
You have to half the laps of the leader of your class to avoid a "DNF"
Oh I didn't know that's how it works great Intel!
Low turnout cuz of weather that’s all. Also, big quads and big bikes are separate times same track
Makes sense!
Is that legal to cut the track?
Yes you get 20 ft on either side of the track unless there is a double arrow or ribbon or fencing. If there is a bottle neck you can use more than 20ft and then get back on track as soon as possible
Well said and thank you❤️
Is there every a NY race that isn't mud? lol
So true, always!
Why do you yell at people ?
I have had many crashes because the person I was passing moved into the path I was using to get around the so yelling let's then know where I am
I hate mud
Dad says mud isn't good for people with bad knees, sorry Elvis 😔
