This song is talking about cringy things we do sometimes. The thing you do but its not until the end of the day that you go to bed and think about what you did and kick the blankets, roll around in bed, twist and turn and say to yourself "Why did I do that, it was SO cringy". They are specifically talking about doing childish, silly things in front of the girl they like. Not knowing how to act, what to say. So I act like a "cold moon" (Korean Idiom). My fingers and toes curl up because of the silly things I say.

I really love all the "Things you missed" videos of all their funny dance practice and performances. Great that you watched it! 😊But I as the subtitle-making woman must point out that the song is funnier with English subtitles, and there are a lot of wordplays that doolset lyrics explain. I miss you watching their videos with an English subtitle.
