Buy dry plum and soak them in 1 & half glass water for few hrs ( like 7,8 hrs ) don,t put salt in it ..then just mash them and strain them in a strainer .and drink the same water ..do it regularly for 1st 3 days then do it after 1,2 or 3 days as much as u want .ur b.p will not high again.,,, and U can search exercises and other yoga also for frozen shoulder
