I love the chocolate protein almond milk for a treat when I'm craving chocolate too! Curbs my craving and gives some extra protein too 😁

Are drinking calories bad ? Also how much frozen banana do you add to one cup of milk while making a smoothie ? Also berries and banana together how much grams do you add ? And what about Oats in case you add ? Sometimes my smotthie becomes too thick so I asked. Sorry for so many questions 😅

Drinking calories isn't bad as long as the calories are actually filling you up. For example, a medium Mocha Caffe from Starbucks is 370 calories and 35 grams of sugar. You can have a meal for the same amount of calories that's going to be filling with protein, veggies and whole grains but a Mocha drink isn't going to be filling (at least not for me) so it's just a matter of making sure the calories you're drinking are actually filling you up. For smoothies, here's a general guideline that I recommend in terms of portion sizes so it makes a nice consistency:
      1 cup of frozen berries
      1 banana (fresh or frozen)
      1/2 cup of yogurt
      1/2 cup of milk
1-2 tbsp of almond or peanut butter
      1/2 tsp of chia seeds
      1/2 tsp of hemp seeds
This makes a nice bigger batch that you can portion out to 2-3 smoothies. If it’s too thick, you can always add more milk to it. I've never tried adding in oats while blending before but I've tried adding in the smoothie to oats in a mason jar to make fruity overnight oats in the fridge and that turns out pretty good! Hope that helps! :)
