The tape in extensions I wear that my salon orders are by hair talk and I love them....never had a problem and my natural hair is healthier now then it was

KC KC Ppl shed about 100 strands of hair per day. So when you have hair extensions, the hair has no where to go.. so it just sits in the extensions until the hair is removed.. AND that’s why ppl think they have hair loss, because they see all of the hair at once.

Meaning I don’t have any breakage and my hair is getting longer than I’ve ever had it. I will say, I get mine retaped every 6 weeks though.

Tape ins aren’t damaging at all! The bonds are very damaging because of the pressure put on the hair. I’ve been wearing tape ins for the past year now. I’m also a hairstylist who specializes in these. I literally recommend these to people who have damaged hair they’re trying to grow out while trimming!
Ilijana Marcic thanks! How often do they need to be moved up the hair for maintenance? Iv been thinking about getting tape ins for a while. I had bonds once and they wrecked my hair after when they came out. My hair was split, weak and patchy!
Every 4-6 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. They slip right out when the stylist sprays the solution on. They’re also way way way faster to put in and maintain than bonds. I can pop a whole head in about 30 minutes!

How much does it cost you to get the tape ins ?
Catherine Marlen the tape ins I buy cost about 200 and plus installment which is about 300 but u can reuse the hair and it’s only expensive in the beginning because u have to buy the hair. All salons may be different in their pricing. Don’t let them overcharge you because the hair is not that expensive
