    You are only a few ingredients away from fresh, made-from-scratch egg noodles!
    500gm plain flour
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tbsp Oil
    Water ( right amount)
    Wonton noodles sauce:
    2 tbsp Light soy sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
    2 tbsp Kechap manis/ caramel dark soy sauce
    1 tbsp Oyster
    2 tbsp Excess Char siew sauce from homemade char siew ( can substitute with 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
    Dashes of pepper to taste
    1 tbsp Shallot oil
    Wonton skin 30 to 32 pcs
    270gm all purpose flour
    1 ½ eggs
    ½ tsp salt
    1 tbsp oil
    Water (right amount)
    Meat Filling
    100g minced pork
    75g prawns, peeled and roughly chopped
    A bit of salt
    ½ tsp pepper
    1 tsp sugar
    ½ tbsp teaspoons sesame oil
    1 tsp light soy sauce
    Wonton Broth
    Prawn heads and shells
    1 litre chicken stock and 500ml water
    dried anchovies (ikan bilis) washed
    Garnish
    Spring onion, finely chopped
