    Thanks for motivating us.I am 49 and hv hypothyroid since 15 years.since three month suffering from knee oestheopoarisis and plantar fasciitis in one foot. After consulting many Doctors and doing physiotherapy no relief.I hv also done cupping but no relief.After your podcast I took help with supplements & got relaxed.I took calcium vitamin d manganese zinc and B12 and fish oil supplement, it helped me a lot.my pain disappeared and i can walk aaram se now

    I was so emotionally connected with you when you said selfish nahi me time find kijiye I literally cried .
    I got menopause in 37 years & suddenly I got diabetes with menopause
    Not able to do weight loss it became very stubborn fat

    Mam, I suffered so much with this menopause for 8 years. Wish you would have put this vedio earlier, but not late for rest o the ladies to understand about it. They can get really good benefit out of your this vedio. Well explained and given the remidial action. I agree with all your advice. What you explained is all true.

    Hello Shivangi. Thank you so much for sharing this podcast. I am currently facing perimenopause and whatever symptoms of mood swings, anxiety, depression, joint pains, and suddenly getting disturbed in night for hours sitting without sleep this what I am undergoing currently. So after listening to you I got some courage and strength though I am aware that I am undergoing perimenopause.

    From last few months I m in perimenopause but this month I suffered too much hot flashes and mood swings. I am regularly doing exercise and meditation. Pls suggest how can I take both seeds at one time as I m not taking smoothie so in which form I can consume ?     Hi Shivangi, I'm a teacher for the past 30 years. I have been going through perimenopause for past few years. It has been a very disturbing experience as my BP fluctuates very often from high to low, and all the symptoms you mentioned in the podcast. If late I feel incompetent in my work which has made me think of quitting my job, and feel like I need to relax also going through depression at times. I cannot afford to take leave very often but I'm always happy once I'm in school. After listening to you I have some hope that I'll overcome this phase successfully as I do belive"this too shall pass". Thank you for your efforts for making this podcast specially for the diet part.

    I m living in uk there is no sun specially in winter what to do I had full hestrectomy and I m taking vit d supplements already still got hot flushes and taking good diet as well what to do for hot flashes and night sweats plz and I m taking chia seeds flex seeds sun flower seeds and pumpkin seeds as well plz guide thanks

    Hi recently I have undergone complete hysterectomy I am 50 and a thyroid patient also now how soon can I start strength training I use to do it earlier but now after surgery I feel I can never do weight training it's been two weeks of surgery

    This is the first month I've missed my periods. At times I feel lost. Heavy in head. Sudden palpitations. Etc etc. I hope this phase gets over soon.

    I am 50 yrs old.I am suffering from bronchitis and sinusitis since my childhood. And having Rheumatoid Arthritis and thyroid since 2012..under medication. Sometimes flare of these happens. But can do all household work..including sweeping and mopping ( standing or with mop) and utensils too..and rest all work..no time for excerises due to tight schedule. ( have a pet at home German shepherd and my old mom too) my biggest problem is I have constant chest congestion and nasal polyps. Blockage of ears and nose.thorat irratation. Headache ( because got few cavities in teeth)..please suggest me some good diet
