Thanks for motivating us.I am 49 and hv hypothyroid since 15 years.since three month suffering from knee oestheopoarisis and plantar fasciitis in one foot. After consulting many Doctors and doing physiotherapy no relief.I hv also done cupping but no relief.After your podcast I took help with supplements & got relaxed.I took calcium vitamin d manganese zinc and B12 and fish oil supplement, it helped me a lot.my pain disappeared and i can walk aaram se now

Hi Shivangi, I'm a teacher for the past 30 years. I have been going through perimenopause for past few years. It has been a very disturbing experience as my BP fluctuates very often from high to low, and all the symptoms you mentioned in the podcast. If late I feel incompetent in my work which has made me think of quitting my job, and feel like I need to relax also going through depression at times. I cannot afford to take leave very often but I'm always happy once I'm in school. After listening to you I have some hope that I'll overcome this phase successfully as I do belive"this too shall pass". Thank you for your efforts for making this podcast specially for the diet part.

I am 50 yrs old.I am suffering from bronchitis and sinusitis since my childhood. And having Rheumatoid Arthritis and thyroid since 2012..under medication. Sometimes flare of these happens. But can do all household work..including sweeping and mopping ( standing or with mop) and utensils too..and rest all work..no time for excerises due to tight schedule. ( have a pet at home German shepherd and my old mom too) my biggest problem is I have constant chest congestion and nasal polyps. Blockage of ears and nose.thorat irratation. Headache ( because got few cavities in teeth)..please suggest me some good diet

This is the first month I've missed my periods. At times I feel lost. Heavy in head. Sudden palpitations. Etc etc. I hope this phase gets over soon.
