The Phoenix is not just an ideology he waits patiently alongside a demon that I have pictured on my profile pic. There waiting to come to earth patiently waiting for the Lord to allow them to. They cannot make a move until he says they can but they are waiting and they will be here that is a fact.He may be a myth in our world but in the spiritual world he is very real

This presentation could’ve been great but sir you gotta stop with the FYI (if you’re an alcoholic). Shit that’s rational or irrational. You’re on the right page but wrong. Let me sum this up for you. Death in the case of the Phoenix means that you destroy all of the negativity the world has to throw at you (so you got that part right) but NOT all of the negativity is your fault. Sometimes its not your fault at all. Sometimes we are born into situations or bad families, sometimes we have uncontrollable obstacles that are designed to slow us down, throw us off or literally destroy us. This is such for MOST people; even at a very young age.
We have three types of people in the
World . Those who accept this crap is their fate, those who give in and just live with it (rolling with the punches)and those of us who don’t just learn or grown from the malice of destructive lives “we have control over” , life situations “we don’t always have control over”, and/or life’s obstacles “we have no control over”.
The younger you are when you begin to have the ability to destroy “kill” the old you “and be reborn” into the new you the stronger you become in your cycle of life. The more a person allows/chooses for this to happen the healthier, emotionally more encompassed, intellectually wiser and spiritually stronger a person becomes. Therefore, if in the mindset at the time of discomfort or disappointment is backed by the optimism of the Phoenix the less of an effect these situations or circumstances will effect them.
•You brought up being an alcoholic and recovering from being an alcoholic to represent this. WTH is wrong with you??? Was their alcohol abuse in your family causing emotional distress that you never recovered from? There had to be because everyone knows that alcoholism isn’t something you can just kill and rise again from., as you said, a “new - completely different person”. So you are incorrect because alcoholism is a chemical dependency. Buuuut if you were to say, you were an alcoholic because of this, this and/or this reason acknowledging those reasons and then rose the ashes… your metaphor in this lecture would hold weight. But it doesn’t!!! Plus the mythological parable of the Phoenix rising from the Ashes represents rebirth. Death = to put away or destroy anything that scares you, corrupts you, misleads or misguides you. Rebirth = to come back, to grow, to learn from your death process. Plus the tears of the Phoenix healed itself. Tears = Emotions, emotional acceptance of one’s demise and healing of its own self.
How Harry Potter, lol… did you seriously talk to these college students as if they’re totally stupid? Sure mythology is mythology, Harry Potter fits somewhere in there and yeah he had some bad crap happen to him too. But, it was mainly used

I know all about alcoholism I used to be a drunk until God healed me. The Phoenix is a demonic spirit. I didn't evan know what the bird was when I seen it.. Why would a person make up a story so outlandish as this that would be pure ignorance and stupidity..
