Thank you for all you do for us! Watching your videos has made me realize that I need to change podiatrists. My podiatrist does none of these things that you have talked about. No neuropathy tests, even though it was in my chart when I began seeing him. He hasn't checked for blood flow, with the exception of touching my feet.
I have read many books, I listened to many UA-cam videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to “the hidden herbs” by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.
Or just hit the gym. 80% improvement so far in 3 months. Hit it 5 times a week and plan to get exhausted, increase heart rate. To reduce inflamation of your veins and neurones, increase blood flow by crazy. This is done by doing sport .
The title of your book, please? I got worse as my PCP refused to acknowledge I had PN. He told me I didn't know what neuropathic pain was. I told him I knew the difference between nerve pain, muscular pain and vascular pain. No surprise I haven't gone back to him. Doctors tend to ignore the c/o burning, tingling pain, etc. When I said that to another doctor she honestly said "We don't know how to treat nerve pain." I respected her for that, anyway. So, my pain has gotten worse. I discovered that electrical acupuncture helps, but it's expensive. I have tried massage, red light therapy, etc. but it's all temporary. One doc gave me gabapentin, but it made my feet swell, however, it did help me sleep. It didn't even dampen the pain, though. UPDATE: I received some neuropathy socks in the mail yesterday and they really decrease the pain!

What vitamin can you take to sorta open the vessels ooor to prevent a small amt of swelling have drop foot had the heart checked wonder if it’s coming from the weight being constant walking on the involved foot no problems with heart
I was recommended most of the B vitamins by more than one neurologist, and I’ve had neuropathy for nearly 30 years now. It began with burning feet but it has found its way into all my cranial nerves and likely beyond that. I credit my self education, meditation and proprioceptive practice, nurturing a resilience and innate drive for my still being alive.. I still need medication and support of course. Regarding blood flow and getting the best perfusion of blood in capillaries and larger vessels, I would suggest that you read a little or watch discussion of fibrinolytics. I eat fermented foods and natto is one of those, with a useful enzyme called nattokinase. There’s studies of other such fibrinolytic enzymes from silk worm guts and earthworms, all three are potent supplements it is good to know about. Keep believing in possibilities.
