I don’t think it’s lazy. I think colleges spoil people - they think a meaningful exciting feeling of bonding is going going to be laid out for them at work like in college, and the fact is a job is for making money. People have lives, they have things to do - most adults aren’t trying to be everyone’s best friends at work and make small talk every day. It’s unsustainable and people like this become confused as to why work is so dry compared to college and I think it induces an existential crisis during the transition to reality.

Unfortunately, from observation of others, AND from personal experience, it is more likely she will continue to be ungrateful, have a bad attitude, and as such her choices will lead down a dark path. At some point the reality of LIFE will force her to a crossroads where she will be laid bare and have to choose bitterness and destruction or gratitude and prosperity.... Hint: When I was at that crossroads, I chose gratitude.... After choosing to continue living.
I admit my wording above is a bit melodramatic. And it accurately describes my experience in '09-10. When I was homeless and so broke that I was living rent free above a friend's garage. I couldn't even pay my life insurance premiums, which was the ONLY reason I chose life. My kids would've been left with nothing. At that point I got my nose in the Bible, recommitted my life to Jesus, saw all the good things in my life. Along with the potential, and the long walk home started.
