He has a good point about exit interviews honestly, if the company doesnt listen to you when you work there, theyre not gonna care once you quit. Exit interviews themselves are a good idea, an honest company would do them and try to learn from their mistakes, but a toxic workplace is going to continue to ignore the problems

No HR department that I've ever worked with has ever done anything with the information they learned from exit interviews. It's such a shame. I had to end my tenure at a construction job on Sunday evening because of a series of nightmare-like days, that were bleeding over into my personal life and taking a toll on my health off-duty. The final straw was being called a "dipshit" over something that I was specifically instructed to do on Friday, over a group message, that made me feel like I was having a heart attack.
I'm glad that my exit went as smoothly as it did, and I went almost exactly by the script that was laid out here. I offered more professional courtesy than this owner likely deserved, but that's for my own pride. Same as all of the hard, skilled work that I brought to the table.

Your points helped in quitting a job in a toxic workplace. Sometimes there is the employee who creates a toxic environment that leads to a rise in employee turnover rate. We were facing the same problem of a toxic environment, so we anonymously install computer monitoring software like CleverControl. This software turns out life-changing point for our organization. We easily figure out the person who provokes others about the organization. As a result, we reduce toxic environments and employee turnover.

I can one up that , i stated a job about 2 years ago. I got a job i fucking hate just being straight the company is one of those small 40 employee companies that barely can give me 40 hours as is.
Anyways, yesterday they told me i was required to take on alot more responsibility. I friendly told them that i am good where i am at. I really don't want to be in a position of such responsibilities anymore. Mind you i have zero issues with my job or issues such at attendence never had an issue.
I was told i either accept the "extension" of my role. Or i am no longer needed at the company.
I told them , no worries ill do it ..
My manager texted me "sorry bro for that was beyond me"
I told him to stop texting me after hours . I am most definitely fucking off there. And i came to the realization?!
I need to sell my house, i am going to step towards being no longer a job slave. Ill be debt free buy something alot smaller and go for what i NEED.
I won't give them two weeks eirher, i own them notning. I own it to myself and my family to set ourselves up properly.

Never quit a job until you have the next one in hand. Also you never give two weeks notice an employer will never give you two weeks notice when they fire you you leave when you're ready to leave on your terms remember an employer can only verify your length of employment and your wages that you are making once you leave a job they can't say oh yeah they left me hanging because he didn't give me two weeks notice again then player would fire you today without two weeks notice why should you give them two weeks notice that's 1950s thinking
