    Thanks you for this great cool down ! I've always followed your warm up and never thought of doing the cool down before, what a mistake ! This cool down gave me great movements to stretch the shoulder and counter balance the inward rotation : exactly what I needed !

    I do your cooldown after every Pole session. I love this cooldown sooo much. I don't have any muscle problems when I do that
