We tried your chili last night. We took out the rotel out (we don't care for the tomatoes) substituted salsa Verde mild, adjusted the spices. Also we cut it in half. It was a great recipe for us. Keep those recipes coming. Thanks
grocery shopping picked up chicken breasts while I was there, added spices, 2 cups water 8 chicken breasts, in my instant pot 4 minutes,I was in no hurry so,I let the pot Natural release, drained cooled in fridge, next day, diced and froze in packets, ready when I plan to make this or any snicker soup, I’m not crazy about chicken in soup but I do like some, a little goes a long way,I will make this one and share with my daughter & her husband & some fire cracker Keebler minis,my own grated cheddar cheese. Sams Club has a really good size rotisserie chicken and it’s $4.98. You can’t beat that price. That’s really inexpensive considering that is cooked and it’s size. And it’s very delicious. I recently came across a new white chicken chili recipe with an ingredient that was a surprise and it really gives lots of added flavor. It’s salsa verde! Y’all! It’s so good. So, I’m making your recipe and adding salsa verde. Y’all should try it. I bet you will like it.
@@robertpasquini4097YES! Our Costco also has packages of rotisserie chicken breast (In the refrigerated section next to the rotisserie chicken). My guess it’s of the leftover rotisserie chicken from the day before. It just needs to be chopped.
I added a block of cream cheese and a little cream to the pot to make it creamy. Served with Colby Jack, sour cream and chips in my bowl. This is so good
Oh this soup was delicious, I couldn't find Randall beans, so I had to use Bush's great northern beans. I used 3 cans, everything else was the same. Thank you so much for this recipe it was awesome. I have to tell you that I cooked for the family tonight (I live with my youngest son and his family) and I made this White Bean Chicken Chili and the Fire Crackers. The Fire Crackers had to be removed from sight because they were so hard to resist, and the chili was a huge hit too. I made both exactly according to your recipe, even using 4 tsp chili powder, and everyone loved them. I was suprised at how much the chili made. I actually had to move everything to a larger pot before adding the broth. Now I know! So, I want to thank you for so generously sharing your cooking show and recipes. I bet it’s delicious if you add roasted and peeled green chili’s like Anaheim, poblano or Pueblo green chili. I live in Pueblo Colorado. And that’s our chili of preference. We use these chili’s on almost everything. Sandwiches, burgers, soup’s, breakfast burritos. Yummy
I just made this soup this morning. It smells wonderful and was simple to put together. The “hardest” part was dicing the onion..lol. We tasted it…it tastes even better than it smells! Our American cousins are often surprised by our milk in 1 litre plastic bags (in addition to waxed cardboard cartons of various sizes). This is the first time that I've seen beans in jars. AFAIK we only do cans up here in Canada. (Well, except for dried beans in bags, of course. 😊) Great recipe! I will convert it to metric and give it a try. ❤

I’ve done a recipe that used chopped jalapeños and ancho lime chili seasoning and it was pretty good. It also had chopped bell or poblano peppers in it instead of Rotel, but like you said any chicken chili, or chili in general, is gonna be good.
Love love love this mindset. I took several different cornbread recipes & came up with my own recipe for buttermilk cornbread. Everyone loves it. Cornmeal & flour combined with buttermilk. I use powdered buttermilk & mix all dry ingredients. Then place In ziplock with instructions. I make 20 or more bags @ a time. Just add liquid to it then bake. Everyone asks for more 😀

Just started making chicken chili a couple years ago and love it. I use Salsa Verde instead of red tomatoes, and Yellow Hungarian Jot Peppers in mine. The peppers are a milder nice heat compared to jalapeños. God bless🤩

I’ve made this two or three times since I saw this. I love it. I never dreamed u could get a fairly clear broth with a can of cream of chicken soup but retain the flavor. All the other liquid thins it out. I love, love it I even added diced potatoes.

My favorite and I like to add celery to mine and I use ground Turkey, I would have not thought to add cream of chicken. My son loves chili but can’t have any red meats or processed foods because he has hereditary Gout diagnosed at age of 21 and flare ups are very painful and he can’t take the regular Gout medications due to medicine allergies used in those gout meds! Why don’t you use the broth that you boiled your chicken in? You can always add some of the broth you have in a canner box to it. I just think the broth you boil the chicken in with taste better.

That dnt make any sence to use that broth wen he already had sum from boiling his chick.🤦🤷 I always use my chick broth...thts gold! 😛 I make 2-diff "chick chilis" I make a "white chick-chili" & a "creamy ranch chick-chili" 😋 Now he's got me craving chick-chili with the "firecrackers" crackers that he made in another video which I've bn making for over 15yrs bt forgot abt them & hvnt had them in a lonnnng time! 😉
I tried this and it was really good! I left out the cumin, because not a big fan of it. Favorite way of eating it is with crushed tortilla chips on top of the cheese.

It's one of my favorites. I think you could definitely can this. Just make sure you follow the guidelines for canning meat in the Blue Ball book so it's not a problem afterwards. We have frozen it and it's so nice to have it stashed away when you want some. But canning is a great option, too. No freezer space needed.

I love this chilli, I save half the chicken broth to rinse the beans jars, then add. It is so much easier to get the last remaining beans .

Do you add the 2 cups of monterey jack cheese to the soup or just put on top when eating it? Im not the best cook yet. So, sorry if this is something i should know. I am going to make this this weekend for my family!! Im so excited!! Thank you both!!
