As an R1S owner I love the vehicle overall but after 8 months of ownership I have come to the conclusion that I wish it had luxurious true leather. This vegan plastic feels like plastic the more I touch it. Still looks nice but it’s plastic. Consider offering real leather as an option.
I love the vehicle, but I hate to break it to the man, this truck will not save the planet. It also wont change the fact that billions of $$$ are being lost due to lack of efficiency and the inability to create high volumn sales. Someone needs to get with this man and help him to understand the Henry Ford concept in increasing sales and the overall bottom line.
I wish Rivian was this focused on Service! I just had another service center experience…in some ways it’s better, others it’s still my worst brand service experience ever. Please RJ, got your best people on fixing Service!
