    Can you do a video on proper bracing for the deadlift? I just can't seem to get nearly as tight as I do in the squat. I know that it's related to the load being on the back in the squat before the rep, but there surely must be some cues or exercises to get better at bracing in the deadlift.

    Any tips to prevent butt tucking under on sumo setup when trying to bring hips to/over the bar? Lower back is very rounded and I can't get very upright at all

    Her DL max was 290 at the time of this video? Im not even going to make a guess at her weight but its a lot less than 290 lol. Thats pretty damn impressive.
