- You're 65 or over
- You're pregnant

I was sick pretty sick just before Christmas. THIS cold came on so fastI know a lot of people that have been sick. I just feel like somethings going around anyways I had a really bad head cold. My whole face hurt like my whole face hurt. I had so much pain around my eyes never had that much pain then I had like a full on bad cold temperature. My nose didn’t stop running for 2 days . what helped me matzoh ball soup matzoh ball soup, chopped up some carrots and onions put a little bit of garlic and matzoh ball soup in my opinion for me personally speaking cures everything helped me feel so much better and I drank tons of water orange juice, ate some mandarin oranges kept hydrated all the time took some Tylenol for aches and pains had hot showers with peppermint oil, drank peppermint tea with honey and ginger juice and just rested and I’m just beginning to feel better. Still a little bit congested but so much better than last week.
